Arrived 5 minutes early for a curbside order & immediately checked in, though I couldn't park in the curbside area because... someone (an employee I presume) had to park their huge Taho over the line 25 minutes later I called; they said they'd have itright out. 45 minutes after arriving I drove off without my food. Called on the way back, told them to cancel my food so Iwouldn't have to file a dispute with my credit card - not even an apology. Avoid. Read more
I love this IHOP. The food is great and the staff are friendly. Only thing I noticed today was there?s a young guy working the... front who didn?t ask me if I was there to dine in or carry out, just ignored me as other customers kept coming in after me.Eventually I got up and walked up to the carry out orders and just grabbed my order. He was just standing there chit chattingwith another staff member. He?s a young guy who mumbles. I recommend a supervisor have a talk with him about professionalism anddoing his job right. Read more
Every worker was having their Earphones in and also the wait time for the being seated was too long like 40 min. And then some... of the servers were ignoring us and going to other people. I?m sorry but this place needs better customer service over night!!!Even some of the tables were not cleaned off yet. Please fix this !!!! Read more
I?m not from Texas and we really don?t go to Ihop, but we came to dine with family, we ordered and ordered our drinks, the... orange juice was watered down, we asked for more coffee and new orange juices took forever to bring back the juices and we hadto ask another server for coffee. Our food took about an hour to come out, we asked for the manager about our food and said wehad to wait another 5-10 mins. The food was alright but the food was cold, there was a hair on my moms food. We?ve never had towait for an hour for our food to come out. Really bad experience Read more
After waiting a while to be seated, we were seated at a booth where the whole seat was sticky. I got up, and my pants were... covered in this mystery layer of stickiness. I went up to the host and told him about the seat. He led us to another booth nextto it. Shortly after another worker sat guests in the same nasty booth. Their order was taken before ours and there was noeffort to clean the booth before seating other guests. Our food did not come until almost an hour later. We had to get the foodto go before the food was brought to the table.There were absolutely no apologies given. In addition the servers looked likethey did not want to be there and we waited longer than the people that came after us. It was, overall, a waste of time. I donot recommend coming here. Read more
Famous breakfast chain with great food and service. I ordered the country breakfast burrito and not only was it delicious, it... was ready in no time at all. Restaurant was packed as you would expect for a Saturday morning, workers were husling to get thecustomers orders out. As someone was looking for food spare of the moment, ihop was the perfect location. The wait was less than 15 minutes and we... were able to get in and out of the location in an hour. I had an egg white omelette, hash browns and a pancake. The food wasgood and the service was great as well. As a pescatarian it would be nice if they had more fish or even a beyond burger option.
