I wanted to try Einstains again, but I waited 45 mins in the drive thru trapped with lots of cars behind me and in front of me.... Gas isn?t cheap and neither is Einstans. When I got to the window I got my food and it was cold and hard to chew. My dogwouldn?t even eat it. I had to throw it away in the garbage. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM EINSTEIN BAGELS the food is overpricedfor being microwaved and the service is atrocious!!! Read more
Extremely bad service. I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line at 7:00 AM despite there being only 1 other person... in the line ahead of me. At the 20 minute mark I called in to the store to find out what the problem was. The person thatanswered told me, unapologetically, they had a large doordash order and only 2 employees working. How unacceptable for themand for me. You should be fully staffed in the mornings, customers that are in person and have the ability to tip youremployees should be given preference over 3rd party delivery orders, and better upfront notice about the long waits should begiven to a customer before you hold them hostage in a curb sealed drive thru line for over a half hour and ruin their day. Intercom is broken so I sat there for like 10 minutes waiting. But after those in front of me started moving forward I figured... it out and just pulled up. Only to hear the woman behind me be greeted and have her order taken. Employee explains that it isbeing hit or miss. I go to order and the woman walks away before I?m finished and brings back the wrong total. I order twobagels and a shake. She asks me to pull forward and park. She brings out my food but forgets the drink. Comes back out with thewrong drink. Finally brings out the drink and it?s the wrong flavor and no whip cream but at this point I?m so late I don?tcare. 35 minutes all told. For a drink and 2 bagels. Read more
The associates were nice, but the wait was kind of on the long side. I ordered a garden avocado egg sandwich, as I'm a... vegetarian, but bacon ended up on the sandwich. Read more
Bagels aren?t bad...but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a ?cake?-like texture. Very... soft...not as chewy as a New England bagel. They?re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn?t busy but not clean. Not oneclean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of.Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Read more
Einstein?s bagels never disappoints! This location had a great selection of fresh bagels and the place was very clean. The staff... were all friendly as well. I?m a plain bagel kind of person but they have a variety of breakfast and lunch bagels to choosefrom! Read more
Worst Einsteins ever. Asked for toasted bagels, they didn?t toast them. Asked for a lox bagel, got a sliver. Coffee was weak af.... Didn?t even have iced coffee. What are you doing, @einsteins? Read more
