Arthur?s is a cross between ?old school? and just plain old. Everyone there is old. Decor is old - think Sinatra meets fish... tanks. But food was surprisingly good. Salad was generous and fresh with lots of ingredients. Sea bass was fresh and tasty andnicely sauced (like everyone in my party after a few glasses). Side baked potato was very small for $8, but the fixings weregood. IMHO, if you?re operating a restaurant, serve a huge potato cuz they?re super cheap and don?t make you look super cheap.Cheesecake for dessert was perfectly edible, albeit nowhere near up to Cheesecake Factory standards. Great atmosphere, the food was great and at reasonable price. We ordered the Cowboy Steak and rack of Lamb, both were excellent.... For starter we had the Lobster Bisque and the Escargot. Will not recommend the Escargot. You can tell the employee's considerthemselves valued stakeholders. Valet is tip only. Overall will recommend. Read more
Love a good old school steakhouse with excellent service!! Hand stuffed blue cheese olives made my drink.. All that and I ended... up with the Cioppino.. Gives me an excuse to come back again for a steak!!! Read more
Cannot tell you how disappointed I am in myself for being so hungry I missed the food pics, but the ambiance is soooooo nice, I... decided to proceed. Take my word for the salmon salad. Salmon was cooked to perfection with that little crisp around the edges.Seasoned. A tasty collaboration with the salad greens and mouthwatering dressing. I loved it. I also like this place a lotbecause it has sexy private dining where you can draw the black out curtains and the very one on one in conversation with yourpartner. Candlelight setting throughout. We had the most wonderful romantic night here. My boyfriend proposed to me here! The food was exquisite but the atmosphere is... what made it so special. We were treated like royalty. Our every want and need were provided before we could even ask. After ourscrumptious dinner, we headed to the bar for some beautiful music and close dancing. We had a wonderful dining experience. Arthur's has a 'Romantic Dinner for two' at a fixed price. We had Champagne brie bisque,... the Arthur's salad, Chateaubriand for two, and Godiva chocolate souffles. It was all amazing. Our waiter, 'Rich' was attentivebut not overbearing. It simply made for a wonderful evening. You owe it to yourself to try Arthur's - a Dallas institution forover 50 years. Read more

I have been coming here for over 10 years! This place does not disappoint and always has the best staff, service and food. ... Mohsen treats you like royalty and always greets you. The food is always top notch and so delicious. The champagne brie soup ismy favorite along with the surf and turf. Trust me you can't go wrong with anything here. The shrimp cocktail is also anotherfavorite along with the escargot. We love to go to the bar after dinner to have drinks and listen to a live music band and hasa dance floor.
