Friendly sushi restaurant with half-price sake on Mondays! I love the yellowtail roll here and highly recommend it. Prices are... fair for sure. My husband and I have eaten Sushi in many different restaurants all over the country, and I have to say Sushi 469 has this... figured out! WE love Sashimi and they had the best we've ever had. We decided to go out on date night last night and ended up at a new quaint little sushi bar. Great location, outside patio... heaters, great music playing inside with the NBA Allstar game starting on their big screen TV. The energy was positive and ourwaiter Francis was friendly, knowledgeable, and very service oriented. We started with a few appetizers of seaweed salad andcombo tempura. I had a the very buttery super white clean Tuna sashimi and salmon sushi rolls. They have a very spicy wasabimixed sauce and it?s much more spicy than regular wasabi but very delicious! All you need is a little on your sushi. Geneen hadspicy and regular California rolls which were larger than normal and very tasty! For desert we recommend the Japanese milkdonuts glazed with condensed milk w/ a side of vanilla ice cream topped with a cherry. OMG! What an awesome dish! I heard pretty good things about this place so the boyfriend and I decided to check it out for sushi night. Everything was good... and service was amazing. What can I say?this was a pleasant find for me as I thought I had my perfect sushi spot already but now I feel guilty that I... have to choose here ????. By far the best spicy Edamame alone, the way its cooked/grilled with the flavor is amazing-I hadprobably 4 bowls to where I had little room for much sushi. The stuffed jalapeños were great. Atmosphere is very nice to whereit?s impressive enough for a date night or casual enough to hang with friends. Service was top notch too - believe name wasKenny, he was very attentive. Read more
I?ve gone twice within the past week and had a really great time. The waiter Kenny was great both times! The food was amazing... and I do recommend. The only reason I?m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because the second time I visited, the amount of time it tookto seat my party was a bit longer than I expected. They weren?t crowded either and no one was at the front to greet us untillater. But other than that, I love the place! Read more
I ordered the vegan roll for takeout and it was so good, I scarfed down two of the six rolls before I even thought to take a... picture! The customer service was also nice and friendly, and the outdoor seating area (as well as that part of town ingeneral!) is absolutely beautiful! Read more
