Ordered through drive thru. Had to remind staff of my burger. Food was good and fresh. Accuracy plays a big part of drive thru... with me being that staff is outside writing it down like a waitress. This is a Chicago original restaurant so I expectoutstanding service. Read more
This is the worst Portillos I have eaten at. Not only was the diner dirty and the food overpriced, but it was also cold when we... received it after a 30 min. wait inside. I don`t mind paying more for good food and service, but this experience was totallyunacceptable. My family and I will not return to this Portillos. I could not wait to get out. Thank you "CLYDE" for screwing up my easy order while you weren't paying attention and looking around ignoring to your... customers.. I order large frys, big beef and 2 hotdogs. Did not get frys or hotdogs. Oo did I mention 5 employees were juststanding around with about 12 people just waiting for there food and it took 25 mins just for my botched order..
