Horrible place! I was just there. I order 8 chicken strip large mash potatoes, large Mac and cheese and large fries. My order... took long and when I finally get home I'm missing fries and they only gave me 6 chicken strips. I'm trying to called them andthere line is busy. Can't get thru. Read more
Went to drive thru and wanted mild chicken, they didn't have any ready so they wanted me to wait 10 minutes. It was after 7 pm... so I opted for the tenders. Got home the tenders was hard as a rock. Won't be back there after 7pm again. Read more
Worst one on lake st in Addison. Always have to wait over 15 minutes out of fries all the time. They always ask you to wait,... tell you to go around the building which you need to jump on a busy street and do a illegal U-turn to get back in. The employeesare so rude too. Had to wait over 20+ minutes to receive my order which I placed via the site. Sandwich was hot but dry, almost no sauce. Fries... were warm but very hard. The mac & cheese is delicious! Read more
Absolutely disgusting! Came here at 4pm on a Tuesday. Not one other person in the drive thru or inside. Chicken sandwiches were... soggy in their paper and sauce was dried and crusted like it was days old under the heat lamp and no pickles. Will never return! Read more
Never have food ready even at peak times like noon on a Saturday! No easy way to get from the drive up back in the parking lot... when they ask you to wait for food. Idk is the cook was in a bad mood but I was really grossed out the gave me a sandwich that when I got home it had more spicy... sauce that bun and like 6 slabs of pickles it was so nasty and unappetizing. I hope I get a refund. Read more
My go to Popeye?s during lunch. Way better than a different t location I went to. This place has been my favorite spot for fried... chicken and their pretty consistently juicy and more flavor chicken sandwich . Food was so fresh. The employees here are verycommendable, very fast, attentive and going extra mile to deliver your orders. So far this is the fastest serving Popeye?s Ihave experienced. I will definitely be back for more great service. This store should serve as an example for the other Popeye?sstores. This location is consistently doing a great job.
