SUPER BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! Let?s start with the really bad customer service. Worker is super racist yet we?re the same... nationality. And let?s talk about the rats in the back, super disgusting. The cashier was very rude to me and wouldn't give me my receipt or change and told me he would call the police for no reason at... all. I called the police because he refused to give me my change and receipt at all. Never again go there again. Zero respectfor anyone. The manger needs to fire him now. Read more
Order new pepperoni pizza and it had regular pepperoni on it not the old fashioned as advertised. Never patronized this... particular Little Caesars and I won't ever again, cause if you cut corners , then no telling what else you will do. CHECK YOURORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!! Read more
Worst service ever. The manager can't speak English well enough to serve English speaking population. They messed up our order... then refused to fix it. The rude guy put a stick in the window and said we had to wait another twenty minutes for our food aspunishment. We said we just wanted our money back and he refused so we had to call the police on his illiterate unprofessionalself to get our money. Usually very busy. Pizza is good, but service, not at all. Have a lot of trouble with prices. Sometimes one price, other... times $1 more. Lots of times if you don't have exact change, don't expect any. Drive thru guy always seems impatient. If therewas another location close by, would pass on these guys. Must admit all the fast food places in area seem 2/B just as bad. Wentback 6/12/22. Seems price went up again by 60 cents in the last 3 weeks. Wish I could say service improved, but NOPE. Read more
Super busy place! It's Little Caesar's so the pizza is OK, can't beat the pricing and the hot and ready though. I came for the... Batman calzone which was pretty good. The calzone part was delicious,the pizza part was alright. Crazy bread is always a hit. Read more
Ordered 2 calzone pizzas with 4 orders of bread sticks. I was charged for extra butter, extra cheese. I'm bothered that I'm... charged for the extra ingredients, that I don't receive. Meanwhile the sticks were dry and hard. No one ate them. And wasted $13on bread sticks that I paid extra, to not get it my way. UPDATED - Originally from 3mo Ago.... I ordered the "Fancerroni" Pizza and all got was just Pepperoni Pizza with Extra... Pepperonis, I tried calling the location in Addison,IL where I ordered and picked up with no response, went back and the"manager" in her words "It's just a triple pepperoni pizza" even though the picture in the advertisement and description say ithas a carmelized crust of cheese on the edges w/ "old world" Pepperonis.. just a slew of regular pepperonis.. I don't mind butit's not what I ordered. I do not have that at all, looks nothing like what is advertised, they wouldn't remake it and they said"this is how we do it here." I've given this location more than enough chances For a few mistakes in the past but this time isit. A friend of mine ordered the very same pizza tonight an hour later at a different location and it looks EXACTLY like in theadvertisement.. So this further proves that either the staff was too lazy to do it or they just didn't care. I understand theywere busy but if you're going to do something do it right or don't do it at all. I'm greatly disappointed; If that means I haveto go to the Bensenville location from now on, where they actually do it right and are cool with fixing mistakes then so be it.DO NOT GO TO THE ADDISON LOCATION, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINE$$, This Location is Not Worth It any longer.
