I had my son's birthday party here last weekend and was truly disappointed with the experience. The positives of the event....... the racing and the space we had to hold the party. The negatives.... minimum of 8 racers and you are not able to bring inoutside food. The food is terrible and pricey!! My salad was wilted and the toppings were dried out and clearly old. The pizzawas below Domino's quality and you only receive 1 drink per person. The front desk staff and bar employees were unprofessional/not friendly and seemed as if they didn't want to work there. Hope this helps anyone interested in planning a party..it's abit overpriced!! Read more
Pretty bad experience with the staff. The staff doesn?t care, the staff doesn?t want to be there. From checking in to getting... the brief introduction of the cart and safety. My group definitely had that ?we are bothering them? vibe. The person at the barwas the worst part of it all. We had a $150 voucher for food/drinks. The man seemed like he did not want to help at all. Thepackage came with a special seating arrangement I guess but we had to get up and walk to the bar to order. He couldn?t come tothe table to take out orders? Apparently you can?t split the bill here either. When it came time to pay oh yeah now he want tocome over and hover over us and rush us to pay. Really bad experience with the staff. For the amount of money we spent and thepackage we reserved it almost didn?t seem like it was worth it. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher for a differentexperience at a different location. One star is being generous. Bad time go to a different location. Save yourself the let down. Read more
We rented out a track for my brother in law's bachelor party and we all had a great time! We chose to do the Grand Prix, which... gives you three races. The go karts are pretty fast and the track is fun to race around. The only reason I give it 4 starsinstead of 5 is because it was pretty expensive in my opinion - $95 each! The price does include a helmet and cloth that goesaround your head/face as well. In addition, they do give you $150 food/drink credit, which is nice, so we stuck around toeat/drink afterward and then played some pool too. The venue was cool - really big, has a nice little bar area, an area to eat,pool tables, and some video games too. We all agreed that we would definitely do it again! Great location using electric karts. They can be throttled(and are based on bad driving and/or incidents). They have two tracks,... a beginner and an intermediate. The prices aren't terrible if you buy multiple races. Overall great, but scheduling and timebetween races could be better Read more
