Went to the newer baccis location in Elmhurst on 83 and st Charles I've passed by on way to and from work. I finally went today... and have I missed out I got a giant slice of pepperoni and was delicious it's huge and cooked perfectly. Pepperoni tend to begreasy but there's is not. It's savory and crispy crust. I got order of bread sticks also were tasty and garlicy and greatsauce. Also a giant cookie for dessert which I didn't eat yet . My husband and I went to go get dinner and passed this place in Elmhurst. We’ve never tried it before but he’s heard good... things about it so we stopped in icon pasta make your own which was linguine with Vodka sauce spinach garlic and shrimp. Myhusband got the monster slice and a buffalo chicken wrap with fries. The pasta was so tasty I did not need to add anything to itbut I decided to add Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. I will start off with an order I placed: 2 orders of the Mediterranean grilled chicken and an order of breadsticks, I was told... delivery would be an hour and 15 minutes, on a Friday.... 2 hours later I called the store to check on the status, I was toldthat our order had not even been started. We canceled and were told by the manager that we would have a $50 credit to ouraccount. Several weeks later, on a Monday 11-21-22 we decided to try again. I called and was put off by an employee that therewas no manager on duty and no credit on the account. The employee put me on hold several extended periods of time (10 min +). We called back about 20 min after our last straw and found out there was a manager on duty.... Kelly the manager was verypleasant, but informed us there was no credit on our account. We have been loyal patrons of this establishment since theyopened, but whatever is going on now, they no longer have our buisness. Read more
