This is the meat market around EVER. Staff very friendly and have been there since I was a kid almost. Fresh hog head cheese,... fresh sausage, like everything is fresh not processed like the ones you buy out the stores. They also sell great lunch plates. Ijust love this place. Highly recommend you go at least once and you'll be hooked. Read more

I can only comment on the food quality due to my bias of the service (I have work/worked there occassionally). The taste of food... is subjective, but the food is of really good quality. Lunch specials are consistent weekly (but I would love to see them changea little). Hot box food is really good. Chicken tenders, yes. I buy the chicken tenders uncooked and seasoned...to put.in myfreezer for home cooking. The frozen selection is abundant...honestly,how many combinations of sausage and stuffed chicken canyou have? I really enjoy the Pure Pork Smoked Sausage (very traditional). A little advice as a customer server, if you seesomething off/wrong with the cleanliness of this store...do tell the servers (but remember, tell them kindly). Read more
