jus ordered and the first girl on the speaker never responded to us after asking what we wanted, we waited a good 3 minutes then... pushed the button again only to have another girl be extremely rude, yet at the same time there was still the first girl on thecall somehow as if she did not click off but if that's the case, why did she not respond to us while we waited 3 minutes beforepushing again. I come here often!! Like DAILY! This Sonic is rude and slow! I placed an online order which I do normally after 22 minutes (let... me add two cars had pulled in ordered, paid and received their order) so I push the button to see what?s up and they told me?someone called to cancel your order but we?ll be out? I told her no one called to cancel my order I have been sitting out herewaiting as carhops walk past me. They wasn?t busy!! It was about 10:15 am. I don?t have an issue while placing an order inperson but it?s ALWAYS an issue online. So they finally brought my order which was then COLD!!! They act like it?s my fault? Itold them to remake the tots at least and they did. I?m just over spending $25-30 bucks a day and be treated horrible. It?s notthat hard. If you don?t like your job find another!! Today's visit 5/7 in Adamsville TN: after waiting for more than 10 minutes for our meal we were told the ice cream machine was... being cleaned and were asked if we wanted refunds for our shakes or wanted to find out how much longer it would be. We saidrefund the shakes. Nearly 15 minutes later we were still waiting for the food. I went in to find out what the hold upwas....they never explained, but I suspect they forgot to follow through with making the food when they refunded the shakes.Anyway, they apologized and threw in a soda and an extra bit of food for the inconvenience.
