Great place to get some amazing Italian food! Everything they have made has been awesome. I've tried almost everything on the... menu and have never had a bad dish! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. They are more thanwilling to help you customize a dish to accommodate what you are looking for if needed. I strongly recommend giving this place atry if you haven't been there and returning if you have been there before! Read more
The service started off bad and just got worse throughout the meal. Our table only had 1 menu for 15 minutes after arriving for... a table we reserved in advance. One of our 3 appetizers came before the wine. We had to ask for menus, ask for our other 2appetizers, 3 of the 8 people in our group didn't get their food. The waiter finally admitted he forgot to put the order in thenhe didn't remember what they ordered. At that point we spoke with the owner about the poor service and the fact that we hadmissing meals. She offered a 20% discount then we waited another 20 minutes for the waiter to get our checks right and get uschecked out. Come to find out the cesar salad that 2 people substituted for the house salad was charged at full price for $7. Itwas outrageously bad service. I gave them 1 star because the food was pretty good. Went on a slow night and had an excellent waitress, she was good about checking up on us and keeping our drinks filled. Food was... amazing and we had more than enough for leftovers! Love this place. Read more
This place was stupid good. Try the artichoke dip you won't regret it. My wife had the chicken noodle soup and we would go back... just for that. The special was lasagna ravioli and baked ziti all on one plate. We could have shared it but even as leftoversreheated in the microwave it was still good for lunch the next day. We went during off hours so I don't know what it's like whenit's busy but it was a nice quiet early dinner and although we didn't get any drinks it looked like the bar was well stocked. What a poor experience. The food was ok at best. And the customer service was lacking in many ways. The server was nice and... tried to be helpful but it wasn’t his fault. I sent a dish back not eaten that I had ordered because the menu eluded that itwas something else and assumed it would be taken off of my ticket. I then ordered more food. When I received my ticket I wassurprised the other dish was still being charged. When I asked about it he said there was nothing he could do. Then I wascharged the wrong amount. And while it was being fixed he talked to someone for help. I then was confronted with rude andcondescending remarks that clearly didn’t care about the customer. No one would say who the manager was and I was left withthe bill. I highly do not recommend going here. They are kids working who do not care about keeping a quality restaurant andare ruining what I’m sure the owner worked extremely hard for. Read more
