I don?t know why this place has such good reviews and is so busy, I must be missing something. Ordered two pizzas and a... Stromboli and they were not good, crust was gross on regular pizza, all very cold and we waited for 20 min in lobby while pizzassat on shelf despite asking three times if our order was ready. I don?t feel brave enough to try again, I don?t get it. Also itwas super expensive for the low quality flavor! There is some really good pizza in Grand Rapids, why is this place so busy? Read more
Pizzas were fantastic! The waitress was friendly and helpful. When she saw that one of our medium pizzas was missing, (because... it had came out burnt from the kitchen and we had returned it,) she went to the manager and asked for us, if we could get anappetizer to tide us over. The cheese wedges were a lot tastier than we thought they'd be! And with ranch and marinara, theywere awesome! The desserts were absolutely wonderful and definitely worth trying! The place was not too noisy either. Parkingspaces were big enough, allowing you to open your doors without hitting the car next to you. Bathrooms were elegant, clean, andstocked up. I gave 4 stars because the very burnt pizza should have never left the kitchen in the first place. All in all, agood experience for an out-of-towner like me. Read more
I normally dislike pizza but here I am eating 5 pieces of cheese at eleven in the morning. :) My mom recommends the meatball... sub, and my grandma devoured a caperese salad. It was all delicious and we ended up taking more home to have later. The servicewas really quick, and our server (Abby) was funny and nice. Overall, I do recommend. Read more
This place is amazing! Staff is best in the business -we had a group of 35 split into multiple tables ZERO billing or order... mistakes. Last several times take out pizza was way over cooked and too thin. Tasted like the pizza was made at lunch and then cooked... again and given to us for dinner Read more
This restaurant definitely knows what they are doing from the food down to the feel of the restaurant. The staff is on top of... everything you could ask for. The chefs seem to take great pride in the food they let leave the kitchen. I'd highly recommendthe cheese bread, it is amazing. The pizza was very good as well. Not just pizza but a full menu of Italian food, with all the favorites and more.... The Sicilian Meatloaf was outstanding!... Spumoni Bomba: strawberry, chocolate and pistachio gelato layered and covered in a chocolate shell. Yummm! Excellent service;the only downside is that it's noisy; acoustics are poor. Read more
This visit the food was actually pretty good. I've been here in the past and didn't care for the two different pasta dishes I... ordered. I got the Amercano chicken sandwich this time and thought it was good. My first mixed drink I think they forgot thealcohol, but the second was much better. We had a lot of people in our group and our server was great especially since he saidit was his first day. The kitchen was slow to get our food out, but we did have a big group. Read more
