Night time crew needs training. Very slow. Forgot my second order, then I told them they forgot. 10mins later Then they gave my... order away to another customer. Cashier needs to speak more loudly. Loud music and kitchen is loud. Whispering isn't enough whena mask is involved. Read more

I will no longer visit this location. I have recently visited this location to receive a grilled chicken club sandwich and... receive the wrong sandwich. I informed the cashier they have messed up on my sandwich by giving me a fried chicken sandwich. They return me the same fried chicken sandwich with extra toppings. I didn't have the patients or time to correct them again. Read more

Food is good, and over the last few years I?ve only had 2-3 order meds ups which were quickly fixed. My only real complaint and... why they get 3 stars at this location is how long it takes to get through the drivethru. It?s a long wait, so your best optionis to walk inside or be willing to wait. I was thinking zaxbys was considered fast food, however this place is extremely slow. The line was wrapped around the building... so I got out of line to go inside, they are o my accepting cash. So because I didn?t have cash on me I go back out to the drivethrough & get back in line, of course I had lost my spot so I?m way back at the end now. This is just not the experience I?mused to. When I ordered my food I was told they didn?t have insane sauce anymore. I asked for ketchup& they were all out. Theydidn?t give me a ranch with my wings. I won?t be coming back to this location smh! Absolutely horrible. I?ve already contacted the restaurant for a refund. Every piece of my food was tough, chewy, cold or all... the above. I received a fraction of the cheddar bites I should have. Half of my cheddar bites were fresh, but the other halfwere tough and cold. I asked for my chicken tossed in buffalo. They were all cold and tough, and they barely added any sauce toit. The bread was so tough that I literally couldn?t pull it apart into pieces without significant effort. It was really gross.To top it off the fries were cold. Literally every bit of my meal was horrible. I just want my money back. EDIT: The managerhas refused to send me a refund unless I drive all the way back to the store. I live 45 minutes away and have explained howdifficult it would be to make that drive just for a $12 refund. I asked that she simply send a gift card for the $12 since Ipaid in cash and they refuse. I have seen other retailers do this before with no issues at all, but she refuses to budge. I justwant my money back. I?m not asking for anything more than my $12 refund. I don?t understand why that?s such an outrageous task.I have had to send multiple emails to them just to receive one response, and the response is always ?you?ll just have to come tothe store?. This service is one of the worst I?ve ever seen. EDIT 6 weeks later: The restaurant commented below my review andtold me to follow the attached link to discuss my experience. I already did this the first time (with no solution) but decidedto try it again, given that they commented on my review. I will update when(if) I hear back. EDIT 3 more weeks later: A managerreached out to me and stated she was passing my info along to another manager on July 6th. It is now July 25th and I have yet tohear back. Read more

Stopped to get dinner while waiting to charge our vehicle. I rarely give a rating below a 4 or 5 Stars; and I have never given... a rating below a 2 Star. I also rarely comment on poor service, because I realize most organizations aren? fullystaffed. Reasons for poor rating. 1. Sign on the door ?Cash Only?; no problem we had cash; 2. A rigged temporary soapdispenser in the men?s restroom; 3. When we get in line to order a customer said ?I hope you aren?t in a hurry.? This didn?tbother us because we had some time; 4. I purchased a medium Coke, but 75% of the soda options in the dining room wereout/unavailable, I had to ask them for a soda from the drive thru; 5. There were no straws in the dining area; so I had torequest one from the drive thru; Not done yet, I had to save the worst for last. 6. The reastaurant was filthy nasty. Trashon at least six vacant tables, trash cans over flowing, a blue rubber glove in the hallway to the restrooms; and a rubber gloveby the trash can. Everything thing just appeared neglected for a very long time. My daughter even joked ?it looks like a crimescene.? Attached are the photos to support my review. Pros: The staff was friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh! I will definitely come back to this location especially since it is spotless and... the staff were extremely friendly! Tesla owners should also note the convenient superchargers nearby as well. Read more
