this wendys always takes care of me and my family anytime we come. i can tell they are understaffed but they still do their best... to provide the best service to us. i?ve never had any problems here and i highly recommend you go here for some good fast foodand great service! Read more

This is the Worst Fast Food location I have ever been to. 3 times in a row I have had issues. First time did a Mobile order at... 3:40 PM went to pick up order and they were trying to close for the Day even with signs saying they are open till 5:00 PM. LastTime I went they canceled my Mobile Order. Made me re-enter and tried to park me for there mistake. Also didn't get my foodorder Right. Avoid this location Wendy's if possible. Wendy's as a whole is good food but this location is the worst and expecterrors on order or extreme wait time are expected even if you are the only car in line. Read more
This is the SLOWEST fast food place I have ever pulled through. I just sat in line for 15 minutes and didn?t move once. Also,... this is not the first time it has happened at this location. Waited in line for nearly 30 minutes with only a few people in front of me, the lady handed me the food with no drink and just... walked away. I had to flag her down through the closed window to get the rest of my order. After using my entire lunch breakgetting food, I got back to the store and they got almost everything in my order wrong. The food was bland and disgusting, andwhen I tried to submit a complaint, their website kept ?randomly? crashing or not letting me select the store to submit thecomplaint. Now I guess I get to go hungry and I?ve wasted some of my money, since I apparently can?t contact them for a refund. Read more
Don?t come to this Wendy?s!!!!! Literally every time I come to this Wendy?s they are closed earlier than their posted closing... time. Apparently they don?t have the staff, which is understandable but They are scheduled to close at 3pm, so I?m not reallyunderstanding how every other Wendy?s stays open the normal business hours and has staff for that. Today they?re actually open,but I?ve been sitting in their drive through for over 20 minutes. Pull up to order, finally, and they say it?ll be a few minutesthey have a big order ahead of us. I?m sorry? Tell them to pull up and wait for their big order, keep the line moving. Someoneorders a ton of food in the drive thru then they pull up and wait. What is wrong with your staff? Work smarter not harder, but Iguess you have to actually have a brain to work smarter. *Edit* After waiting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes.Finally get to the window, and alas they ask me to pull forward because they?re waiting on our fries. 10 minutes of waiting forthe ?fresh? fries. So sad use to be so good. Now they are never open and it has only been drive thru for over 6 months. If you can't get enough... help for that long either the management is pretty bad or they are just not good at their job. I will not return to this Wendy'sunless they open the lobby. Read more
