The guy... outside just told me, as I sat at trying to order at the window, that they are going home bcs its a slow night...SIX cars inline and they sent us ALL away! Very disappointed with the service and wait at this location. They had customers waiting for 20 to 30 minutes plus and then the... cashier was taking names and said T which I put my food name under, but someone else use T too. They called the name T So I cameto see if it was me I was told it wasn't me but the gentleman name T . He reached in the bag and notice that it wasn't his orderand now the cashier said oh its your and I say I don't what nothing that somebody else dig through and young man reassure me hedidn't, so I took bag out frustration. cause its covid and other things out Here going around. I'm pregnant also and verycautious ?? about people and germs. On top of that my food was cold after long wait so this location is Hell No for me causethey just handed out anything to anybody and I told them I was concerned about someone going through bag instead of asking if Iwant it remade he just wanted me to except this unsatisfied service. My 17 year old son applied for a job and received a text confirmation that his interview was scheduled for 11:00 am today. He... arrived at 10:50 and let them know he was there. He sat for 30 minutes and went back to the counter to ask if the manager wascoming out. The person at the counter went back again but still no manager. Finally, after 1 hour of waiting, I told my son hecould leave. No one spoke with him, no one apologized and said somethng came up. We read that places can't hire. Out of napkins, multiple types of beverages and the soda machine in the dining area was broken "again" according to the employee... behind the counter. He was apologetic on the situation. More embarrassed I believe because the manager obviously has no clue howto run the business. Read more

Last night at 9pm I came to this location for what I was hoping to be dinner. All lights were on, drive thru was lit up, so I... went to the box to order. I waited for what felt like an eternity, yelled hello into the box and got no response. I drove aroundand there was a guy(with long brown hair) sitting at the window, on his phone, paying no attention and there was a girl( withlong blond hair up in a pony) sweeping.
