I am not one to complain but I must say after time and time again this is definitely the worst Taco Bell ever! First off, if you... do not enjoy your job please find a new one. The young people at the window are absolutely the rudest. Where is the managementhere? It?s a sad situation at this location and someone higher up needs to take control. Second, we you ask for tomatoes andcheese ONLY that means no beef. Third, when you ask for hot taco sauce for your tacos this DOES NOT mean hot sauce from KFC! OK first thing it is It's Taco Bell and k fc combined so I place my oder and I stopped at the window to pay....... after... waiting for about 5 minutes somebody finally comes And take my money. She was rude from the start I'm waiting going backwardsbecause I need my KFC bag .....waiting and waiting..m because I'm waiting she opens the window she opens the window she says. Always, ALWAYS, check your bag AND if you have a receipt before leaving!!! Most, if not ALL the times we go to the drive... through, we are missing 1-3 items due to their lack of attention especially when you order from both restaurants. In total I'dsay me and my family that does order have lost in total $100-200 in the past 2 years from missing mac and cheese, biscuits,tenders, fries, tacos, gorditas, etc. And it is too late to go back to ask for the bought item and useless if you were not givena receipt at all. Usually friendly, but the line always takes foreverrrrr. And they frequently get orders incorrect or forget to include your... entire order in the bag they hand you. Overall if I'm just looking for some Taco Bell (I rarely go for KFC), I'll go out of myway to hit the one on Wade Green and Wooten Lake, which is superior in almost every way. Read more
