I would never ever order from this place again! I order here almost weekly for my fiancé and his clients? today they kept... saying his order was delivered yet never was. I called the store talked to a guy named kadin who was horrible not helpful atall. Told me first my order was a pick up order I said NO I never do pick up it?s delivery and it shows it was delivered andit?s not, then he proceeds to tell me that he sees my order was picked up but he has no way of knowing who was delivering it bcshift changed. He wouldn?t refund my money or make it right by making two new sandwiches and sending them out. I would of nevertreated a customer the way he did! Awful customer service and we will no longer be using this place to order client lunches!!!! Read more

They they must have changed management because when I went there I didn't have any of the poor experiences that some of these... former people have discussed here. The place was very clean and the young lady who helped me with my sandwich was very nice I'mgiving them four stars because of course there's always room for improvement! Read more

Banner out front says ?big changes? clearly those were only on the menu...I placed a door dash order for a 6 in and a 12in. I... received 2- 6 in sandwiches. Drove to the store only to be greeted by the rudest man in customer service ever. They were clearlyshocked I came to correct my order and were unapologetic about the situation. Acted like it was a hassle to even redo my order.They were shutting down the store at 8 when they close at 10, and treated me like a complete inconvenience. Will not be backhere. Read more

I have to commend this Subway location for their consistency of quality service! From the fast wait times to sandwich requests... (such as when "more" is selected on specific toppings items when ordering on the app), friendliness, and convenient location(for us). We have been both in-store and ordered for pickup through the app, and special requests are either already made orquickly made by request upon pickup, such as asking for italian dressing on the side. I would recommend this location if you arecraving Subway, as we will continue coming back to this location for their great service! Read more

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY This place has historical horrible customer service. Alexander appears to not to be able to spell... customer service, I?m not surprise that he can not offer it. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY I am giving this post one star,mainly bc I have to, and for the employees that does attempt to make the customers, food and service to be presentable. I wastold by Alexander that the bread that my wife and son wanted, would take 10 minutes to cool down before he could make thesandwich. Cool: We then started letting other customers go before us. Minutes later, another customer comes in and wants thesame bread that my wife wanted. Alexander quoted her the same 10 minutes times frame that he quoted us. I then approached thecounter and asked Alexander the $@??¥ (you fill in your own narrative) , how is it that it?s going to still take 10 minutes forthe bread to cool when we have been in your store for at least 5 minutes. I started to him that he should have quoted her adifferent time than what he quoted us. He said something. I said something back, he Alexander the $@&?!0 then told me to leavethe store. I told Alexander that I am just trying to get clarity on how subway do their thing so I would be clear. I toldAlexander that we have other stops and, I am just him that I was just trying to feed my family, and I just wanted to know howlong it would take. Alexander told me to leave his store, without giving me and reason and I did just that. You lose enoughcustomers, eventually you will lose the whole store. Read more

I'm giving them 3 stars based on most of my previous experiences there being good. But tonight was a 1 star experience for me. I... ordered online at 6:50pm with a scheduled pick up time of 8:20pm. Got there unexpectedly early at 8:00. Went to ask if they wereable to make it early if not too busy...and if not I would be glad to wait until the original pick up time. They say it'salready ready as they make them when they get the order regardless of the time. So my sandwich had been sitting there on therack for over an hour!!! What's the point of scheduling an order then?? So if I place an order at 9:00am for pick up at 6:00pmthey just make it and it sits for 9 hours?? And isn't that against health codes? Now I have a soggy, cold sandwich!! They'vealso gotten very stingy with their portions and toppings while raising prices. If your prices are gonna be as high asFirehouse's but with less quality and quantity, I may as well just go there instead. Read more

As of 01/11/2020 I don't believe I'll ever return to this location, at least for a long while. The staff were extremely rude and... snippy with me and my family. The sandwich makers were putting the wrong items on it sandwiches and were huffing when I toldthem no, that isn't what we asked for. They toasted my young daughter's sandwich without asking. The veggies on the bar lookedold and browned. Both sandwich makers were rushing us through the process as well as other customers behind us. This was such anunpleasant Subway experience. Read more

Good place to either eat healthy or to eat bad, but It's really tasty. Customer service Is good and staff are very friendly. I... recommend all to eat here. They always have deals for the day/week and they always Inform you which one It Is, so you can save alittle bit of your hard earned money. The place is always clean and that Includes their bathroom. This Is a great Subways In agreat small shopping center. Read more
