The general establishment is good, drive thru treats you well, if they mess up your order they are happy to fix it. That being... said all the tables that I went to sit down at were fairly dirty, I asked an employee to see if they could get someone to wipethem down, they said yes and I never heard back. Absolutely not worth what I spent. $20 worth of food and it was awful. Meat was bad, fries were old. And to top it off the... milkshake had so much freezer burn it was inedible. What use to be a fun experience has now become nothing more than laziness.Menu was reduced to "save" labor and food cost but from what I witnessed they're just wasting money on lazy employees.Restaurant was absolutely disgusting in all filth. The floors have not been cleaned in weeks judging by the stickiness andfootprints from the kitchen. I got to the drive through at 11:30pm and got to the order box at 11:35. They started taking my order and then halfway through... said wait one second and I sat there waiting until after midnight because I feel like if they had just said they weren?t takingorders anymore that?s cool I have no issue with that, but to start taking my order and then decide ?never mind? is a littleoverkill. Very disappointed. This location. Has now gone to kiosk ordering. It ask if you want to leave a tip. We left a tip thinking ok... they will bring the food to our table. Nope, we had to get up to grab our meal. Our friend ordered a shake, more than half theshake was whipped cream. Now, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the floor was extremely sticky where our flip flops stick to itand the bathrooms were nasty. We won't be back. The last few years, I have only used the drive through window. Very uneven service, Not attentive to taking the order then... getting it wrong. Shakes are always late and the server had to be reminded that there was a shake with the order. Yesterday, Iwent inside to order. There is no longer table service. Orders are placed on kiosks, the food is put on the counter for you topick up. I have always liked their burgers, but they were a big disappointment. The buns were cold, the burger dry - basicallybland. The onion rings were very good though and the tables were clean but that isn't enough for me to go back to Steak andShake. Read more
