We were there 1 minute after 9pm, and they would not serve us, after already being in line. Obviously, not willing to go the... extra mile to serve customers. As she served herself a coffee. 12/5/20 at exactly 9pm. Not a real starbucks. They would becustomer focused. Read more

You can wait 10 minutes to be recognized because they're too busy goofing off with eachother...or you can leave like I did... because they dont act like a real Starbucks. It may be a Super Target. But its clearly a far from super Starbucks. I'll justmove on. Oh well. Read more
They lock the bathrooms and you have to get a key like at a gas station in the hood! They do serve craft beer and wine though.... But the bathroom thing really ticked me off! Luckily everyone is glued to their devices so there's little to no shame whenannouncing to the world that I need permission to use the bathroom. Read more
