Just came there, and ordered the $6 box, the girl who took the order was slow (mentally), and they had a mess at drive thru... window. Car in front of me order was messed up, and they had a guy pulled up he was upset and walked to the window and said hewas waiting for his food for over 30 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and I drove off. Was disappointed. A brand new Popeyes inthat area with a 2 star ratings. The manager was just standing there confused. I highly recommend going to another location.They also didn?t have the chicken sandwiches. But the lady forgot to turn off her headset and said ?Damn, everyone coming herefor chicken sandwiches? well common sense would tell u to make more ???????????. Then as I drove off three police officerspulled up, I guess for the guy who was upset and walked to the window. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Hi! Ok...I don't usually write reviews without pictures but, although the food was good... the service, not so much. The... lady at the counter was nice but , for some reason it took around 20 minutes to receive our order. The restaurant was not busyat all. So, not real sure why it was such a long delay. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I visited this location tonight expecting GREAT customer service and this is the worst that I have... ever been treated at an establishment. After waiting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes, I decided to go inside. As soon as Iwalked inside, I was told "Oh I'm about to lock the doors, you're going to have to go outside and place your order in thedrive-through line." Where do we do that at?! In what establishment do you ask your customers to leave and go place their orderin the drive through line so that you can be more efficient inside because you're short staffed? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! NONE OF ITDOES!!! I am over trying to patronize Popeyes. Not even to mention, I left this location and went to another and had a horribleexperience. My chicken was tasty.The biscuits were made just right. Everyone who ate with me had no complaints. The guys who took my order... paid attention and called my order back out to me since I had specific requests for my order. Everything was right with theorder. I rarely leave reviews for anything but this is just ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive through. Cashier... completely forgot to tell me an item was out. When I finally got home I spilled an item because instead of giving me a properlid for my mashed potatoes I got an upside down drink lid that I didn?t know about. I thought I?d give them a second chancejust for the benefit of the doubt. But both times I?ve gone it?s been a bad experience. Read more
Was told there was a 10 minute wait for tenders and to park and wait (which was fine). After 40 minutes of waiting Atleast 15... people had driven off with food, the line was too long to wait again so I had to just leave without any food and will disputethe cost with my bank. You would think that with this location being fairly new, it would have service that is slightly better than the typical Popeyes... service. But nope, not the case here. The two stars are for the semi friendly service depending on the day and the blackenedtenders that I like. That aside, whenever I order the blackened tenders I end up waiting between 20-30 minutes to get my order.On the most recent visit, the young lady that was bringing my food out was too occupied talking to her friend/boyfriend so ittook her longer than necessary to get to my car. They forgot the sauce which is normal and utensils for the sides. The tendersthis particular day were super small, like the size of whatever in-between a nugget and tender would be. On other occasionsI?ve been to this location and they were closed before the posted closing time or they were out of most chicken. Even though this location had mixed reviews. My experience was amazing; the chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy, the red beans... and rice were smoky and flavorful, exactly as brand standard. Even the coke machine was bubble, fresh, and could tell they arecleaned regularly.The vibes were immaculate, chill, and peaceful. I had the most pleasant experience with Nicole, who quicklytook my order and made it herself, all within 5 minutes. My cashier Elliot was attentive, and professional. I?d rate myexperience 10/10.
