I ordered a shaqeroni pizza and a Dr. Pepper today. The pizza was cold and barely any ingredients on top, mostly just pizza... dough. Also the delivery person forgot to bring my drink. I called the manager named Heather and she said there was no way thepizza was cold because she just made it and put the ingredients on it and I was lying. I said that I was telling the truth and Ialso need my drink because I paid for it. She raised her voice and said no one is bringing your drink. I said you can't justtake our money and not bring what I ordered, I have nothing to drink with my meal. She said she would refund my card the moneyfor the drink I didn't get. I asked to speak with her manager, she refused and told me to go away and don't call her storeback. I told her she could come get this pizza and she needed to refund my whole meal, or lack thereof. She said no and oncemore just go away. Wow-I have never been treated so badly and I will NEVER order from this store again. Terrible that peoplethink they can treat others this way. Read more
I just wanted to see if anyone else's pizza from here is always raw. So raw that even cooking it in the air fryer it is still... soggy. Oh and they left off 2 of my items on a $43 order and then the guy coming back to deliver the second time around stated Ididn't leave him a tip I hated they had to come back but I left a good tip when I made the order. I wouldn't necessarily sayanything because I have always loved Papa John's but I sometimes go years without ordering after getting 3 raw pizza orders in arow and I really don't want to do without their pizza. Maybe this is an equipment issue? Or rushing the pizzas to get them outthe door quicker? I'd rather wait and have hot, cooked pizza. I ordered. I paid. I waited. No food was ever delivered at all. Now I am waiting on corporate to get back on touch as this... location needs new management as this is the second time we have experienced a problem. Come on y'all can do better. Please atleast try! Thanks! Read more
I wish I could leave less than one star. I ordered two medium pizzas with original crust. I expected a nice fluffy hand tossed... pizza crust, instead I received a hard thin crust pizza. I carried both pizzas inside to let them know there was a mistake. Thecashier informed me that this was their ?original? crust and that this is how they are advised to make it from the factory.What? Aren?t these made to order? Thin crust isn?t pizza crust that is original from Papa John?s. I asked for a refund and wentto Pizza Hut and got exactly what I wanted. Read more

Second extremely bad experience with this restaurant. Ordered a Chicken pizza only for it to arrive with bacon in it, a meat I... do not eat due to religious reasons. Called the store to complain, the employee by the name of RJ/Robert laughed in my face. Heoffered his personal cell phone number so that I could prove there was bacon, in fact there was. He called it ?Canadian bacon?and blamed the ?online system? for not having the right ingredient list. After several laughs and giggles in the back with otheremployees and being put on hold 8 times. They finally hung up on me and proceeded to to text my personal phone being funny. Ihave the conversation in my phone with evidence as they sent me a picture of the kitchen. I will escalate this matter 100% as itis disrespectful and extremely discriminatory being that I was laughed for not eating bacon due to my religion. Horribleservice. Do NOT order here. Read more
