Store opens at 11:30, I arrive at noon, dispenses ice cream it?s pretty watery. I ask the associate working if it is suppose to... look like this. She reply?s the machines are still cooling the ice cream. Okay that?s fine then open up when the ice cream isready. Not rocket science. Too many options on Cobb Pkwy I won?t be returning. Good luck. My kids love coming here because they can put candy on top of their "ice cream". We use to like it as well because we could... control the price by controlling the quantity. Unfortunately this place is headed down hill. Prices seem to have gotten moreexpensive and unfortunately the experience has gotten worse. Year after year, this place has just gotten dirtier, the floorshave gotten stickier, and it is common to have multiple froyo machines unloaded or dispensing melted froyo. I swear even thelighting has gotten worse. Hardly confidence inspiring. Service has declined as well with less enthusiasm and greetings from thesingle employee/cashier on duty. They probably just have a lot to handle running the place by themselves. Read more
Friendly staff but yogurt lacking, everything was melting as it came out the machine. Other machines were shut off. Definitely... not worth the 18.00 bucks spent. It had a strong fabuloso smell as well. Read more
This menchies used to be great but the last few times I?ve been in the past year it has been awful. This time the restrooms were... closed, half the ice cream machines were turned off, and the syrup pumps were not working and the workers did nothing to help.The customer service is not that good and they are not friendly and seem as if they are inconvenienced by customers . Most ofthe tables are sticky and it?s not worth the price anymore. Mind you it was 3 hours before closing. I wish it was as good as itused to be. The frozen yogurt shop in lakepoint is way better for the price. Read more
Stopped by after dinner. Good customer service, but everything else was not. Placed smelled like a sour mop. The vanilla ice... cream was more like a slushie. Cheesecake bites were sour. Milk chocolate ice cream was actually dark chocolate. Chocolate syruppump was empty. Read more

We went here for dessert after we had eaten dinner. There was a good variety of flavors and a good variety of toppings also.... There are sampling cups available to taste each flavor. There are waffle cones that come in the yogurt cup or there are smallerpieces of waffle cone at the toppings bar. My daughters love coming to Menchie's! Read more
Worst frozen yogurt experience our family has ever had. Half of the yogurts weren't even frozen, just soupy messes. When I... figured I'd play it safe with vanilla I was wrong. The worst after taste of bitter - tasted like cleaner. Will not be back anddo not recommend. Would not be surprised if this location closes soon. It needs new management badly. Read more
