Went into this location around 3:30pm looking for some cheesecake brownies because they?re my favorite. Was told by a worker... that she was in the process of making them and they would be ready around 6pm/7pm so I told her I would come back by later. Ijust arrived back to the store and she says that she hasn?t gotten a chance to make the brownies yet. Mind you, the store wasnot busy. I was the only customer in there when I arrived earlier today and when I just came back. If you knew you weren?t goingto make them, why not tell me that before I drove back to the store? Buyer beware. You will be charged a 3.95% service fee for paying with a card. If I had seen the little sign before ordering I... could have been prepared or could have chosen to go elsewhere since I didn?t have cash or a ?paylo? account.. The ice creamthere is already expensive so the extra service fee didn?t sit well with me. 2 kiddie cups and and 1 cone for $18! The menuscreens were also broken so we didn?t know the cost of anything . The positive part of the experience was there were plenty ofemployees and they were friendly. Read more
Horrible experience! Don?t waste your money at this horrible location! I placed an order online for my daughter?s birthday cake.... When I arrived to pick up the cake, I was told they never received my order and they would have to get back with me about myrefund. There was no manager and only one employee working and no one to help me get my money back. Read more
Service is poor. Our cake that was ordered 24 hours in advance was not ready on time - luckily I called to check before heading... there. I specifically told them on the phone that I would be back in 1 hour, but when I got there more than an hour later, they hadn't even started on it. And it's not like they were too busy. There was only one customer with 3 employees at the timeI arrived. They made it in a hurry and it looks kind of bad. I ran in here to grab a few cookies to take home. I was a little skeptical that they wouldn't be as good as normal since it was... also an ice cream place, but they were just as good as always. I will be ordering a cookie cake next. It is nice to have a GreatAmerican Cookie store on this side of town. I will definitely be back. Read more
I need to make sure a refund is given. My mom ordered a cake over the weekend to be picked up today. We called around 1:30 to... let them know we will be later than 2 to pick up the ice cream cake. When we got here we were told there was no ice cream. Theynever once called nor did they mention that when we called them to let know we would be late. Read more
