I went to drive thru At approximately 11:30AM, specifically for Long Johns. I was told that Long Johns wouldn?t be ready until... 2:00PM. So, I?m wondering if it this was Long Johns only, would this happen?? I think not. I don?t go often, however the pastcouple of times, there have been issues. Once, I Couldn?t get a receipt, and she couldn?t tell me how much she had charged me,so I had to go home, set up a account for the credit card I used, just to make sure she didn?t overcharge me. The time before,they were changing the oil for the fish so there was a delay of at least an hour, but again, they were open at 11:00 Why dothese incidents always happen at lunch time? I drove over an hour to go to Long John silver's and it was 11:30 a.m. they are supposed to be open at 10:30 a.m. I was told... they would be open in 1 hour so I waited an hour. The inside was not open at all but the drive-thru was open. I was told theywould not be open until 2:00 p.m. this is so frustrating when I waited an hour in the heat to be told to wait another two and ahalf hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Half of the times I've tried to eat here they have something down and can't take orders. I've also seen some sketchy stuff going... on at their drive thru window when they are supposed to be down or closed. The few times I have made it to the window, theemployees were loud and using profane language. Read more

My wife wanted long Johns since we didn?t have one close. Chicken was half done, saw a man bring food in from drive thru because... he got wrong order. Cashier just gave him his order and took the food he brougham and gave it to the car at the window.Employees dropping utensils on floor and picking them up and kept using them. Bathroom had no paper and was nasty. Dining roomlooked like a land field. Employees standing around talking. Worse food ever. Read more

Definitely not a good experience for first visit. Place an order from inside. I Ordered the fish and shrimp platter and steak... nachos. I Got my order, decided I was going to sit down and eat inside. Open my order fries were extremely cold, fish and shrimphad all kind of black debris on them. They look like they were either redropped in the fryer to be heated up, or the greaseneeded to be skimmed or changed. Shrimp also looked as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp and really rubbery thebatter was hard on them. I took my order back to the counter and asked could I get some fresh shrimp and fries. I do not mindwaiting on fresh food. Was brought back some more shrimp that had been sitting under the heat lamp, old and rubbery. Not FRESHLYCOOKED BUT MORE OLD ONES. Was asked if those were okay or if I wanted him to drop some fresh shrimp. I did not argue with them. I told them it was fine and I left. Will not be back to this establishment. I paid almost $20 for something I could not enjoyand eat. I decided to take the food and left. Never again. It all starts with management it's management allow this type ofbehavior or customer service then of course the employees are going to do whatever period I've been in a restaurant businessover 20 years and I definitely would never allow this type of customer service in my restaurant period.
