Never great, now actually terrible. The place used to be decent for cheap food run by friendly folks, but the prices have gone... up so much ($5 for breadsticks now, really?) that you may as well go to a higher-quality pizza restaurant for the same price.The employees are objectively awful, rude and uncaring to a fault, and make it clear they are there to do the bare minimum toget their paychecks. Management isn't any better, as some gem by the name of Tessa (who identified herself as the store manager)quite nastily informed us that she would charge us full extra topping price to swap out one topping for another (nevermind thatmushrooms are cheaper than pepperoni right now, so the substitution was in their favor), and that we could file a complaint ifwe didn't like it. After dealing with such a smug creature on top of everything else that has long since been going wrong here,I have finally given up on this chain and purged both my account and their app. At this point, it's almost like they are daringpeople to eat elsewhere. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Pretty simple order. 2 pies, cheese bread and brownies. The... pies were both poorly made. The sausage only had sausage on half the pie with a few pieces on the other half. The pepperoni wassupposed to have 100 pieces of pepperoni yet several slices had less then a few. When I called to ask what happened the "Areamanager" told me my only options was to drive back to their store so they could remake them. I advised her that it was a majorinconvenience to have a customer drive back to their store and at this point we will make due but when I questioned if that wascompany policy she stated that was and there was nothing she could or would do. I advised her that I would leave a review andwill never order from Any little Caesars again. She told me I can call corporate and all they will do is send it to her and shewill handle it the same so why bother. Little Caesars used to be good but it appears those days are will behind them. The product is worth the wait because it comes to me fresh and delicious everytime! Staff at this location are VERY personable,... professional, and amazing. Going to have to get the young lady's name that works drive through to make sure she getscorportate/management recognition for her excellence. Read more
Order was not ready even though the text said I was. Had to wait then guy wouldn't give me the order when it was ready. He said... he had to put it in the portal for me to get it even though I had had to wait. so now I had to wait again for the line of peopletrying to use use portal. One pizza was wrong. Should checked it at the store but then I would've had to wait and the otherswould have been cold. Oh well. No one said hi or anything when we walked in and no one said thanks or anything when we left. Gotthe franchessey or whatever, the one with over 100 pepperoni. The deep dish combo is a steal, $5 for a pepperoni deep dish with a drink, also it was really good and service was great. Love... little caesars! Read more
Quick bite to eat for very easy dinner when schedule is tight. It fits a need but not winning any awards with mass volume chain... pizza. Prices are great. Read more
