Last night I had a horrible experience with this 92 Acworth location. I drove up to drive thru around 9:30 pm. I ordered a fry... and chicken tenders. I didn?t want the combo so the cashier said I can get 3 piece or 8 piece tender. I ordered the 3 piece.When I got to the window I ask how much is the 8 piece? The cashier said ? we only have 3 pieces left.? The total was 11.00 andchange. Before we pulled off I checked the order and was very disappointed. They had no tenders in box, they cut up a breastinto three sections. There is a difference between tenders and what they had in box. I told cashier that I didn?t receivetenders. She said we?re out of tenders. I ask for refund, I?m not paying 11.00 for cut up chicken breast. The cashier said?manager is busy and for me to come into dining area to wait. I was very upset. My son is autistic and the food was for him. Ifyou know anything about Autism, they are very picky eaters due to texture. I drive off and just dumped the food. My childwouldn?t eat it. It didn?t even smell right. I can?t believe you even charged me $11.00. Hope you enjoy my $11.00 cause it?s thelast penny you get from me. BE WARE don?t go to this location. Read more
I knew better than to come here, everybody in the area knows better than to come here. But I was craving a chalupa on my way... home from a long trip that originated in Northern Tennessee and I had a craving for a chalupa. Pulled in, door was locked. Ilooked at the sign on the door and it said lobby closes at 10:00. My vehicle is too big to fit through a drive-thru usually butI took it through there anyway. What you know it, drive through was close to. I pulled up to the window and some guy made ahand motion to indicate they were closed. At 10:07 p.m. on a friday. As I pulled away from the drive-thru I looked to my leftand there's a huge sign covering the entire window that says OPEN LATE!!! This place is a waste of space. Read more
Consistently the WORST KFC and TACO BELL! Pull up to 2 employees just standing outside by the drivethru and waited in line over... 25 minutes to finally get to order at 10:06 and be told they stopped serving chicken / kfc at 10pm. I have had numerous badexperiances like this one here but because they a half mile from my house I keep coming back. Literally the service is sohorrible they need to just shut down this place or pay people more so they can hire some decent help. It truely is pathetic. Read more
I ordered a 8 piece along with wings which they claim they had through uber eats and was charged for them .when uber eats came... they only gave me the 8 piece meal and on the box they wrote, WE DONT SELL HOT WINGS.... plus the chicken wasnt even cooked allthe way this place is horrible. Wife ordered 3 piece all white extra crispy. She even paid fir two chicken breasts. They gave 3 pieces, all dark, and all... soggy chicken. Totally opposite. Read more
I ordered from Taco Bell, received the wrong order twice. I will not return. I ordered the Taco Party Pack (6 hard ( Doritos... flavor ) and 6 soft. All supreme no tomatoes because my boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes but that's not what we received. Wereceived 1st all regular tacos. Second time we received 4 hard( Doritos flavor) and the rest were Bean burritos with tomatoes. So, disappointing. Read more
