BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A FAST-SERVE RESTAURANT! Our sandwiches were ready before we took our card out of the credit... card machine, it was amazing. The staff were so friendly, the restaurant was so clean, the food was so good (as always). I woulddefinitely go out of my way to go back to this location just because the service was that incredible! I think I order here every other day or so because I get stuck at my job and can't leave during work. Not going to leave a... review off the food quality because it's jimmy johns, you know what you are getting. The staff and service however is amazing.I've literally ordered food at 12 noon and had it show up at like 12:05 and think to myself "how in the hell is that evenpossible?". I order the same thing every day, so I'm pretty sure everyone in that store knows my order and they are alreadymaking it when they see the phone ring. Food is great and employees are friendly but several do not wear masks. Fully vaccinated or not, customer-facing employees... preparing food during a pandemic should be masked. Incredibly disappointed and will most likely not return until this locationprioritizes customer safety. Read more
I asked for a turkey Tom with no Mayo like I usually always do through the app, but, tonight was not their night. I am not a fan... of Mayo that?s why I SPECIFICALLY ASKED for no Mayo. And I got Mayo :/ I hadn?t eaten all day and they were just about to close.I figured since their motto is ?freaky fast? they could get my order right and quickly. But, they didn?t. Several months ago, I had a so-so experience here, but someone gave me a gift card, so I thought I'd try them again. I was very... pleased. My sandwich was delicious; I recommend the Jimmy's mustard. The fellows who worked there were really friendly. Theyeven suggested a coupon I wasn't aware of to get 10% off my order. They also do a lot for groups around the community. As ofthis review, they are still only take-out or delivery, but I was impressed. They've earned my business back. Read more
Best sub I?ve had in awhile. I got a 1/2 capicola sub, it had so much meat on it I couldn?t finish it! Prices are a bit higher... than Subway but the quality is so worth it! Staff was friendly and fast! Definitely will be going back. Read more
I went in for lunch and purchase the "little John" Combo $6.00 with cheese an extra $1, but my total came to $8.89, plus I... received a reward sandwich. when I tried to let the store know that I had been over charged there is no way that tax is $1.89 ona $7.00 purchase they were not interested in hearing what I had to say and stated that my bill was correct. the money amount issmall but just the principal of it all. I felt like my business which is very regular did not matter, the doctor's office that Iwork for orders every practically, and we have never experienced any issues. I will be taking my business back to Publix Delibecause for the price that I pay at Jimmy Johns compared to other sub shops I should not be over charged for my meal. Read more
