We REALLY wanted this place to be good! The items on the menu looked AMAZING. However, we were sadly let down. We got 2 burgers,... onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. All of the fried food was undercooked (too light in color, not crispy, and cold). Themarinara sauce was basically a paste. The burgers were not terrible! They were made exactly how we ordered them. (I found outthat I don?t like the burger sauce? it tastes like Shake Shack sauce and like it has horseradish in it) The staff were friendly.Even though they have a sign inside that says ?as featured on The Travel Channel,? I think that was probably a long time ago.When I walked in at 10pm on a Saturday, the place was completely empty and Door Dash listed them as ?closed,? but if you go totheir website you can still order for carry out. Staff was very nice and they have interesting sandwiches but the portion size and food quality is way off for the price. I dined... in the restaurant (which kind of smells from all the fried food - dining area was clean though) and spent $25 total after tip. Igot a traditional cheesesteak with a stale role that lacked seasoning and flavor. Onion rings were $5 alone and I got a total of6 small pieces. Their slogan is late night done right so maybe the target customer is just a drunk KSU student ordering deliveryand not caring. Did I eat it? Sure... but if I could sum up my rating in one word vs stars, it would be just "meh." Read more
Ordered 2 specials at almost 1am. They had a decent amount of traffic in and out and I still got a really delicious juicy burger... with all the fixings! All the veggies were fresh and crisp. The fries were a tad salty but they were still good. I hope theykeep this up, because we'll 100% be back. It's just what you need for late night cravings. Read more
The Good: tastes pretty good. Price is reasonable. Fun new food combinations. Onion rings are 4 out of 5 stars. The meh: The... Fat Tommy was really just a chicken wrap with fries in it. The Bad: they are cripplingly slow in making food. Overall: thesandwiches have some interesting twists to them. Worth it to drop by if you want a new unhealthy food to try. Otherwise this isa skip. I have never eaten in a place like this before, I was very glad I did. I had the"Fat Jersey" and my wife had the Philly. Man... it's a lot of food. This Colorado based company has cornered the market on curing the munchies. The mozzarella sticks wereexcellent. The service was even better than I expected. It's clean, the people are friendly, the food is awesome. Who'd ofthought that cramming cheesesteak, chicken tenders, French fries and so on could taste this good in a sandwich where the breadis made in North Dakota and is spectacular! Damn I'm full!!! Great Customer Service, very clean restaurant, friendly and passionate staff and the the food.....amazing. Best wings I have had... in a long time. This will be a new Sunday Supper spot for us (1/2 off wings). My wife loved her classic hamburger as well. Readup before visiting and while seemed too good to be true, exceeded expectations. Edit 9/27/22- Erin at Fat Shack contacted me and made the experience right. We came back in and Erin and the crew treated me... like the other ladies at fat shack. Very pleasant and helpful. Love getting the chicken fingers and fries however when themanager is there he will not give you the freedom of choice for your sauce. He forces you to have honey mustard or charges you$.65 for any additional sauce. Terrible customer service from the manager however all the ladies that work the counter aregreat. We walked out as we eat here once a week and never have an issue unless this fool is working. Read more
