The atmosphere was tense because food was taking so long. Cars were around the building. Very disappointed as the service before... was always so quick and accurate that if the line was around the building I would still go because I knew I would breeze rightthrough. Read more

Many years ago, this was my favorite CFA location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the service... was efficient and fast. Over the past year, the service, food and staff have made me actually avoid this location. Once a week,I order a gallon of tea. The tea dispenser is located on a high shelf so the staff have to lift their arms over shoulder levelto fill the gallon jug, which can be heavy and only taller staff seem to be able to do this. A very bad design IMO. If thedispenser is empty, an employee has to carry a large plastic container filled with several gallons of tea from the fridge in theback to fill the dispenser on the front line. Many staff don't seem to be able to do this task as I only see the same staffdoing this job over and over. I order from them approximately once a week, and the friendliness, timeliness, and customer,service has diminished so much that I go to other locations instead of this one purposefully. Yesterday, however, I was infront of this store when I needed to buy my weekly gallon of tea. The wait in drive-thru was pleasantly short, but the gallonof tea I received was so light that it hardly looked like tea at all. I will not be going to this location again. I don't everexperience this same situation at Brookstone, owned by the same operator. They are friendly and helpful, and the food isconsistently delicious! Read more

11/10/22: Chicken sandwich came out without a bun. (???) Requested a butter less bun. Jenna was coming into work as I left.... Jenna will get them in shape. As always, Very Overpriced. Otherwise, All good. 08/13/2022: Jenna, Trevor and Isaac areGeerrrreat. 05/01/2022, 7:30ish PM: I went inside for a break and eat in. I ordered my usual and in a few minutes the ladybrought my plater to me and advised me she personally counted the pickles and went over the order and everything should beaccurate. Everything was PERFECT and Accurate, Wow. What a nice change. She also informed me that she went to the app and justas I had said the description lists pickles and she apologized for that error. She is always nice and right now her name eludesme. Sorry. 04/16/2021: 6PM: With their accuracy history I decided to eat in again. Drive through 2 days earlier, $22 withCeliac order, got home with buns crammed on both grilled chickens, no ordered pickles or Tomatoes. Today, $11. Ordered DeluxeGrilled Chicken Sandwich, Extra pickles, Extra Tomatoes, No Lettuce, Med Waffle - No Salt, Diet Coke, on App fine inside from mytable. From past long history of incompetence I then went up front and advised front end manager of the order and I was tired ofmy waffles being cold when my order was finally corrected. My order was brought to my table. One pickle. Went back to her andshe brought pickles to table. Then some guy finally arrived with my dirt coke Nasty. Not Diet Coke. Went back up front andswitched that out. As usual, Waffle fries and sandwich are both cold. These people at this unit can't get their pull ups on inthe proper direction. $11 dollars for that g up and $22 for the f up Thursday night. Same EVERY TRIP. Sat there as usual andwatched drive through customer after drive through customer park, come in with a bag or sandwich that was either wrong sandwich,not built correctly or missing items. They are always so nice and fast. People need to appreciate them more, because they really work hard to be a fast food... restaurant. They are structured, a team and they treat people so much better than most fast foods. Especially the young kids itmakes me proud as a parent to see these kids so mannerable, they way I raised my kids so that goes to say something about theparents. came here 10/25/22. Not only did they forget to give me a single packet of honey bbq for my grilled chicken sandwich (even tho I... ordered online & requested extra with every single item in my order) but my gluten free bun packaging was opened and wet inside!that?s a contamination risk for people with gluten allergies. It was soggy and un-eatable. service here is always horrible, thisisn?t the first time things like this have happened. it shouldn?t happen multiple times though, just drive the extra miles andgo to a different chick-fil-a. Two times I have ordered delivery from this Chick-fil-A through the Chick-fil-A app and my order has been incorrect. The first... time I ordered a chicken biscuit and a spicy chicken biscuit and the chicken biscuit was missing. Of course by the time Ireceived my order the app had closed out for ordering breakfast. At that time I was pregnant and starving and had to miss out onbreakfast. Fast forward to today, I am postpartum, breastfeeding, and starving. I ordered three entrees along with two lemonadesand a milkshake and my order gets delivered with all of the drinks missing. The whole reason I ordered was because I was cravinga milkshake. both times I was able to get my money refunded for the missing items but what I wanted was the forgotten items.It?s disappointing that the Chick-fil-A website does not allow for a complaint to be submitted if it?s associated to a doordashdelivery. I don?t even have a doordash account because the only time I use doordash is when I order from the Chick-fil-A app soI can?t complain through them either. Chick-fil-A needs to be held accountable for errors made on delivery orders. I don?t evenblame doordash for the first incident because the bag was sealed and the driver had no way of checking so why should I complainto them? Read more

Don?t use the drive thru unless you have 20 minutes. This crazy drive thru encourages longer wait times. The outside staff... frequently talk to each other vs walking to the waiting cars to place orders. I wish they would just let us go back to orderingat the menu sign. I do have good service when I go inside. The people inside are nice and accommodating. I just won?t use thisdrive thru anymore. Read more
