Great food as always. The classic chicken sandwiches are always fresh and the fries are always hot!
There was no cheese on my double whoppers, there was also one drip of ketchup and mayo. I was told to do a review for a free... whopper...I am so unsatisfied that I don't care to have another whopper from this Burger King again. Tracie was nice but thecook and she should have both listened and done better... I'd hope that they aren't that preserving of funds to give whatsomeone pays for. Haven?t been here in a couple of years, the place has gone from good to terrible.. No doubt a manager problem. Walked inside (... we were the only indoor patrons and it took 35 minutes to get served. Read more
I love this location. I work next door at mavis. And when ever I need a fork or any condiments they are so sweet and help me... out. The staff here is soooo friendlyand make me feel special. You guys rock. Read more
My family and I were very dissatisfied with the food and service provided at this location. We went through the restaurant drive... thru with 5 kids and forgot to add one of the children?s sandwiches to the order. At the window we asked to add the sandwich. Iwas told that they can?t modify orders at the window per the manager because they of a timer which will affect the bosses bonus.We were told to get back online and to come back around again. This was totally bad customer service and I will never come hereagain. Lastly 2 of my kids chicken sandwiches were burnt. Read more
I ordered my family's food at the drive-thru. My total came to over $30.00. We wanted to try the new melts. When I got to my... destination, I opened the bag and was sickened by what the food looked like. I think a child could have made the food look moreappealing. LOL Not only was my entire order wrong, I took one bite and into the trash it went. I guess you could say that mytrashcan had a nice lunch. Not sure why the food at this Burger King, has went to the trash. Definitely will choose another fastfood chain next time and save myself over $30.00 Read more
The girls working inside were very nice but the older female manager was nasty. Instead of helping all she did was complain... about our order, we could here her from our car talking about our huge order. After pulling away we noticed that they leftsomething out of the order. The drive thru was packed and they had no service inside because of covid, so I walked up to thedrive thru to get our stuff and the Mgr. Was yelling at me because I didn't have my car. The was a joke, this is the Mgr. Niceway to show your young workers how to treat paying customers. I will go to McDonald's next time. I spoke to the owner and he wasvery nice. I ordered 3 burger meals from This location. 1 burger was warm, 2nd burger the buns were cold and the 3rd burger the meat was... half way cooked to where it was raw. Luckily I happen to check to see if it had the correct fixings on it and clearly the meatwas raw and the bun was clearly pink. I returned the burger and it was replaced with a fresh hot burger but should have beenthat way in the first place. This Burger King is a hit or miss. Read more
