This is the second time I drove all the way from Emerson Georgia down to Acworth Georgia first time I went down there for... breakfast all I wanted was a steak and gravy biscuit and all they gave me was a gravy biscuit. Today I was down there around10:00 in the morning and I asked for a breast and leg dinner it was extremely busy I understand that but that was a young kidbehind the counter didn't know what a breast or a thigh looks like so I ended up with a side and I personally can't stand thighsplus I paid for a breast and a leg so I wouldn't recommend you going down there without checking your bag before you leave Ididn't think I had to. The reason I didn't check my bag because my leg was hurting plus it was so many people I didn't want topull all that food out of that bag and once again I don't think I want to. Read more
Don?t come unless you wish to be mistreated. i had the worst customer service of my life. The lady working the cashier shook her... head at me and called weird for my order. Just because I wanted chicken?! She also laughed at me repeatedly for not knowing theexact name of my order and I asked me what I was trying to get out of my order?! Will not be returning to this location and willbring my business else where. Management please look into this as this is a serious issue. I work in food service and wouldnever treat my customers the way I was treated here. Unacceptable. Also forgot my large drink that I ordered so had to eat myfood without a drink on the 30 min car ride home. Would highly not recommend coming to this specific Bojangles. Read more
Don't go there, I would not feed the chicken to the dogs. Not usual breading, undercooked, no taste. Will never go back to any... Bojangles ever again. This same thing happened over 8 months ago, and my wife did not want to go there. I talked her into it,figuring maybe new employees etc. But guess what, the same stinking thing.....oh yeah rolls hard as a rock too! Read more
