They charged me twice for one pizza $55 dollars total. Then when I called they said three days before I got any return and were... extremely rude to me. The first women who answered the phone mouthed off about me complaining as she handed the phone off to theowner who was also extremely rude and borderline unapologetic. Read more

We are often DiCapri customers and tonight we had an oops moment and dropped a pizza that was delivered. 100% our fault. We... flipped it and were making it work when there was a knock at the door. Our delivery driver who had seen us drop it was backwith a brand new piping hot pizza. This was customer service at its absolute best.
