I?ve never been a big food truckie but I have been a huge fan of Pakalachian since my first bite. It was a... taste-buds-dancing-eyes widening-look-around-in-disbelief-and-pure-bliss-kinda moment. This is my favorite food truck, ever. Howfood can taste completely novel, creative, yet authentic at the same time is beyond me! The menu changes from time to time, andthey sometimes have things like fried green pakoras or pawpaw lassi. Genius. The classic Curry Me Down South is my favorite menuitem?AMAZING curry on mashed potatoes, and that chutney?yum. I will go out of my way to go to Pakalachian. I hope they open arestaurant someday. A blend of Pakistani flavors with traditional Appalachian dishes offer interesting and tasty options hard to find anywhere... else. The Tikka My Senses had chicken Tikka seasoned batter of a fried chicken sandwich that was delicious. I couldn't make upmy mind and got the Curry Me South too. Chicken curry like a hearty stew over smashed potatoes filled me up and had plenty leftover to take home. Will definitely look forward to finding them again and trying out whatever they come up with next. Read more
The service is nice and quick. The people running it are organized and answer any question you have. The food comes out fresh... and hot. Also, it is delicious. The portions are more than enough and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend! 100% wouldeat again! Read more

Delicious! Special cuisine created by two very wonderful people! I eat at The Pakalachian food truck every chance I get! The... Tikka my senses is super tasty and a HUGE portion along with fries (Which are the only fries I?ve ever had that are delicious 6hours later when I eat them cold.) and the curry me down south is always fantastic! I would love to enjoy their take on thesloppy joe again, it was spicy, tangy, and out of this world! Read more
If you like your food spicy hot then this truck is for you. We tried the Uncle Keema Joe and the Tikka Chicken Sandwich they... tasted ok but for our taste both had to much curry. $13.00 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water. Not a repeat meal for us. Read more
The chicken curry and samosas are very good. It's strange to think that curry on mashed potatoes would go so well together. ... The same goes for the samosas. The curry isn't very hot, but has a nice warmth to it. Read more
