Was very disappointing I got a burrito and the chicken was so dry you could not really eat it, got a steak taco the meat was... burnt. Also got nachos they were ice cold and I asked for shredded iceburg lettuce ended up getting chunks of romaine I guess wedon't know the difference. This place was awful! My fiancé and I came to eat in but lobby was closed. Understandable. We placed our order online and... waited for it. No accurate indication of when it will actually be done. Order was done 20 mins before the website said it wouldbe. I only knew because I tried to send my fiancé In to check on it(we got a bowl to split). The door that we were instructedto come in through was locked. We had to call to check on our food. If we had waited for the time the website said our foodwould?ve been cold. Fiancé went inside to get utensils(which they didn?t include) and the store was disgusting! The beveragestation looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in weeks, which for a store with a closed lobby, is just ridiculous and unsanitary.Now we both know the real reason the lobby was closed????????. Will never come back. The bowl itself was unimpressive. Queso hadgotten cold and everything else was just mediocre. The bag the chips came in was spotted with the oil, indicating that they hadbeen sitting and were not fresh. Overall we are completely unimpressed and repulsed. Read more
It almost appears this Barberitos is trying to go out of business. There?s several signs up about being short staffed and the... dinning room being closed, which they will remind you promptly if you walk in. The entrance door was locked. Overall it makesit feel like you?re an inconvenience to them if you actually walk in and order food. Read more
The one in Bristol is much better. If I could give zero stars I would! It seems like they need new management. I worked in food... and beverage for over 15 years and the service there was unacceptable. There was a sign on the door saying they were shortstaffed which I can sympathize with but there was no one at the counter at all and we didn?t get greeted for eight minutes. AndI?m sorry, it?s not the customers problem that they are short staffed. They were out of pinto beans, the protein for the burritowas tough and nasty because they scraped the bottom of the pan and were almost out, the burrito was overfilled and so heavy andsoggy it basically fell apart. And the bathroom looked like a roadside gas station bathroom like it hasn?t been cleaned in yearsand there was dispensers on the wall half way falling off, no paper towels, and the toilet was wobbly. Not to mention the twogirls working were extremely rude, acting like it was an inconvenience to have a customer. Not smiling and just unpleasant ingeneral. We will never go back to that location.
