This location is always packed late at night and I have tried it multiple times and every time it has taken 20 to 30 min to get... my food and every time it has been not even close to as good as it can be at other locations. Store # 524 on Danville in Abilene, Tx has gone down hill. We use to love going to Whataburger for a quick good meal. In the... last few years it seems like every time we go, we end up waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes then get cold food or anincomplete order. I don?t mind waiting for my food if I?m going to get everything I ordered and for all the food to be fresh.Our latest order contained cold fries, missing topping, that we payed additional for, and a chicken sandwich that was so overcooked I thought I was eating jerky. I always brag the S. 27th and Danville location is the best....until today. A bunch of employees and lots standing around with... dining room tables dirty, both napkin dispensers were out. Whataburger use to be our favorite place to go. Anymore we stress because our order is always wrong or missing something or we... get onion rings that are not the same color (will post a pic) I had a cook argue with me because I found something missing in myorder when in the end she had to apologize because it was in fact missing. When you go to these places you are spending 40 to 50dollars per family never less. We are the ones that pay there check and keep them with a job you would think they would takemore time to make sure the customer is happy. Read more
