I tried to like this place but due to the customer service I would give no stars. Once I ordered water with my smoothie and they... charged me without advising me they were. Another time I got a buy one get one free coupon because of previous poor care went touse it buying a kids smoothie and ask for 2 with the coupon , she said "what size would you like ?" I said "Doesn't it have tobe the same size to use the coupon for free ?" She said "No you can get whatever size you want." I responded "Oh in that casemake it a medium." Then she handed me the receipt for me to find yet again another Upsale that I was not aware I would becharged for! Customer service is poor& that's not even covering the other issues. I will only be using smoothie king afterthese past two experiences though. Read more
The smoothie and the wrap I got were very good. However the wait time from the time my drive through order was taken to me... receiving my order was about 20 minutes! I was on a lunch break and really had no time to eat my lunch. Read more
I've had a few smoothies from here, this time I tried a detox one, with spinach and other stuff...as a fat kid, it goes against... my normal choice of "how sweet can I get it". But, that detox smoothie was actually very good. I'd get it again. Read more
Smoothies are good but they need to work on their customer service. I showed up a little after 7 and went through their drive... thru. No one would answer so I got out of the line to go inside. I told the lady (blonde girl) that I was in the drive thru andthat maybe their headsets were off. She completely ignored me and said what can I get for you. I said,"Did you hear me?" And shesaid,"Yes, what can I get for you?". She could have apologized but she decided to be rude about it. I didn't want to comeinside, I got off a night shift, but I came in because I already told my husband I was getting him something. Got my smoothiesafter everyone in line got theirs just because I had to come inside. A little empathy goes a long way. Read more
The Smoothies are really really good and the food BUT I seriously can't stand the little thin straws they give! The straw isn't... even long enough for the cup! It really upsets me. Please bring back the regular straws! ???? Edit - Apparently they do notoffer Curbside even though when you order on-line it offers curbside as an option! They even have a curbside parking available..I waited 25 minutes for my food and smoothie. They are just ridiculous here! Read more
Smoothies are delicious and give me the option to add the vitamins I walk right past and forget to take in the mornings getting... 3 kids off to school and rushing to work. Baja wrap was a good mid-day meal. Will order again considering they use doordash!Worth the $20 spent to eat healthy and have it delivered to me at my work desk. ???? Read more
The smoothies here are great, they should really just stick to that. The amount of money they charge for their bowls and side is... ludicrous when you consider you only get half a handful of corn kernels and a bowl that is 90 percent lettuce. Terrible value. Read more
