Last evening my wife and I stopped after work, and pick up dinner, was around 9pm. The store was busy I get that, but the order... was wrong, and incomplete. I returned inside to have it corrected.... And they did but, they were cleaning the grill, theevidence was the smoke that filled the restaurant. The portion of the order that was missing was added to the bag and we wenthome. We live 15 miles out of town, so when we got home we sat down to eat. As we opened the bag, the modifications to the orderwere not included, although they charged us for it. Hey things happen wasn't going back into town. My wife said the food tastedoff, so she didn't finish hers. Mine was fine, I thought. At 3am she became violently ill. I had her in the hospital for quitesome time. She was released with a food poisoning diagnosis. I believe that missing portion of our order was prepared on a grillthat was NOT, finished being cleaned. In turn we have had a miserable 18 hours with all of the glory of food poisoning. I don'tbelieve the food was bad, because I am not ill. But I believe that she got sick, because the back of the house (kitchen staff)we're irresponsible and angry because I came back to get the order corrected. I have been a patron of Taco Bell for the betterpart of 40 years. I have no complaints on the company as a whole. Just this particular store. Read more
They need to post there hours of operation better. Online its says 9a.m. to 2 a.m. or later dine in or drive through but i went... up to front door and some girl said our lobby is closed and continued to argue with me for 5 minutes there after. Service hasgone down hill bigtime!!!! Read more
Look- it?s Taco Bell. I typically have zero expectations for this bottle of the barrel ?Mexican? fast food joint. I can excuse a... lot of things from this establishment but I order one chalupa- one, just needed a little snackie snack. The pita bread was coldand when I picked the dang thing up the bread just broke in half. I would love to say I will never return to this establishmentbut I know that?s not true. I?ll come back just for the security of the disappoint. Read more
BEST TACO BELL EVER! Seriously everything we ordered was prepared like it came out of the corporate test kitchen. The staff... were very friendly as well. If there was a way to send them a tip I would give 30%! Read more
Sent someone to get our food and upon returning no hot sauce or receipt and didn?t put correct wrapping paper on the burritos.... Had to open each burrito and unwrap it to determine who?s it was???this is the 3rd messed up order from here?..staff wasfriendly??.. Went to dine in and that was this time I visited that after sitting for approximately 30min asked about myorder?..counter help said ?oh , not seeing anything, what did u have?? Then made my order. So many authentic tex-mex and Mexican fast food places with a lot better food for less price, why anyone would choose taco bell... is beyond me ,...but those places don't serve abominations like taco pizza or have the same crushed ice which in Texas isconsidered a mark of good taste Read more
This is a great new location and I hope it does well. We don't do Taco Bell often, but when in a hurry this is a good stop! I... always get drive thru, so I can't rate the indoor atmosphere, but it looks nice on the inside. Read more
