The food is great, the restaurant was nice and clean but for the company to think that having only 2 people working during lunch... rush hour is absolutely ridiculous. The two ladies working today were around trying complete orders while a line was formedthroughout the restaurant. I honestly feel bad for them. This used to be one of my favorite locations but lately the service has been horrible. Trey and the other girl there today... (07/26/20) were VERY unprofessional and rude. There is an appropriate way to act around and talk to customers and the way theyact is not it. Trey and the other girl were also being very rude to the guy who was training. The manager should be embarrassedthat these employees are representing the location. My family and I will definitely not be giving that location our business anymore. Read more
I eat lunch here 3-5 times a week! Sadly I will NOT be back until James is gone! I loved spending my entire lunch listening to... him complain about his job and tell customers how upset he is because they are so busy! How about you go get another job ifsubway is to hard for you. Went there last night greeted with cash or credit. Said credit. Response was machine is down. My response was why don't you put... a note on the door to let your customers know, their response was good idea. Went across street to get cash came back told themwe had cash ready to place an order. Ok the store has 2 girls working it and they both have a to go order. Their response wasyou will have to wait till we get these orders out. I asked how long will that be they both ignore us. My wife looks at one andasks how long? Their response as long as it takes. Well we know Chuck is the manager and Chuck you have 2 of the rudestemployees and we will never eat at Subway again. Chuck if you read this it was around or just a little after 6 pm 5/26/2018.Hire more respectable help or find a different career because if this is how you train your employees you suck at managing. The workers today were very unfriendly. They didn't greet you as you walked in or smile the entire time I was there. The girl... working looked at her phone, put it back in her pocket, then proceeded to use the same gloves she had just touched her phonewith to make sandwiches. Their bread was pretty crappy (one guy even asked for a new one it was so bad) and they told anotherguy the bread he wanted was frozen. They were out of sweet tea. Great subs, always pretty fresh. I never really have a problem with the quality of the food. What you will not like is the lack... of customer service. It's usually a hit or miss. One day you'll have someone fantastic and the next they'll be gone and you'llhave someone so slow and could careless about their job. Today I walked in and saw 3 people ahead of me. I assumed that the worker (Spencer) was going to be slow since he looks very... young and probably hates his job. I was hungry and impatient. He was actually pretty quick. I didn't see anyone else there sogood for him. I asked for a subway melt with all veggies and usually get a huge sandwich with all my toppings spilling out buthe made my sandwich very neatly almost like he had an OCD problem. Looked great!
