Great service very polite. Made drink just as I ordered it. Quick service as well.
Your online ordering system is a nightmare. The flow to prepare the drinks is completely chaotic. No reason why people who... ordered online 20+ minutes ago should wait an additional 20 in the pickup line. Numerous people including myself Finally gave upand canceled our drinks. Absolutely horrible. Read more
They still remain closed on the inside for Covid (stated by sign on the door) although you can clearly see no one inside is... wearing a mask. I?m all for it but this is in reality just lazy. Open the lobby so people can come in and enjoy the atmosphere. Read more
Ordered a peach green tea lemonade with light ice. Plum full of ice. Only actually got a few sips of my drink itself, the rest... was ice. It?s not the first time at this location, and even when I ask for it light, I still get this. Read more

I walked in today in not the best mood.. narcoleptic, sleep deprived, and having to go to second job after already working first... job. as I walked in, an older lady (not an employee) was rude to me, so that worsened my mood.. the employees helped turn mymood around by keeping me informed with the status of my order without me even asking and also answered a question I had about adrink that was sitting on the counter that looked good. I appreciate how they not only gave great service but helped me snap outof my mood. also happy pride Read more
