They are always nice and fast with my orders. I've never had any problems with this location
You can only get drinks with no ice or full ice no easy ice. This is the main reason if we are going to Abilene we wait to order... from a sonic that does easy ice The staff were very nice and even though they were busy they ran back and forth to every carwith only two carhops and didn't take forever. The food in the past has been better than most other sonics and using the appmakes it pretty easy to get what you want the right way. We go here a few times a week. Read more
Worst burger and fries I have ever got from Sonic. My burger looked like they pieced the meat together beacause it was broken in... pieces. My husbands the same. Fries were cold. Disappointed. Please do not pre cook the burgers and have them sitting in water.That's exactly what it tasted like and I was there at 10:55 am. Read more
This location is my least favorite. They are understaffed, I do understand that. Car hops & cooks are trying their best.... However, only one order I?ve placed in the past year ended up still being warm by the time that I got home, and I live a mere 4blocks away. Half of the time, I do not receive half of my order. The other half, food is all wrong. Recently, a young manbringing my [incorrect] order out noticed my vape in my lap - then proceeded to pull his own vape out, pull down his mask, vapedirectly beside my car into my open window, and cough. ???? Nope, not appetizing. Last week I ordered a blackberry & peachslushy and waited 30mins. before hitting the red button again to ask when I would have my slush. Honestly, I just about dozedoff. Very sweet girl apologizes, explains they are short-handed, and says 5mins. Fine with me. I wait another 10 before hittingthe button again to tell her to just go ahead and cancel my order instead. Good thing I wasn?t on a lunch break or something. Intotal, I waited 45 minutes to not even get my slushy at all and the poor girl couldn?t figure out how to cancel the order andissue a refund. I?m not mad over $3 lost or some cold food, but raise these people?s pay to an acceptable wage and give themproper training. This location in Abilene TX is the worst customer service I have been to yet. Slow as a snail service. If I owned this Franchise... I would shut it down, due to bad reviews and drive offs. Waited 45 minutes in station #16 for 3 drinks. Never going to thislocation again. Just a follow up. Just caught the manager outside of the building. Waited in the drive through and no one answered. Went to a stall placed an order and waited for over half and hour. After... checking in staff said it was on the way. Waited longer then staff came out and said they don't have an order. Even though Iplaced it from the stall not the app ect. Waited another 10 min and they brought me the food that had been sitting the wholetime, cold because someone scanned it but didn't bring it out. Then they brought me the wrong order. Read more
They've changed the burger recipe at this location. I'm not caring for it too much. I miss the old greasy burgers from years... ago. Slush's, burritos, tots, ect are all the same. They have hiring problems like everybody else so it's slow but everythingcomes out hot. Read more
