I ordered a combination nachos and but I was disappointed....the chips tasted horrible and they were stale...gross.I had to... replace them with my own crispy chips. They should serve fresh chips and throw away the stale ones, but instead they problydont want to spend money reordering them. Good luck if yall order Nachos. Freakin good. I call this place cheap good fake Mexican food. Me and uncle BooBoo were craving some Mexican food? I didn?t want... to have to pay for the gosh dang full price of a deliciously hot authentic plate of Abuelo?s food so I decided to surprise myuncle and take him to Rosas. Rosas is one of my most favorite fast food places? so why not bring your uncle along? We decided togo inside and get the full experience of a Mexican restaurant. Right then my uncle was already complaining. He remarked how theflowers up by the windows and the salsa bar were fake. I then had to explain that they wouldn?t get any sun from inside arestaurant. I thought I was humiliated then.. nope it got worse. He decided to go up and pester the poor employees makingtortillas. He demanded to know their amazing recipe. They explained that they don?t actually make the dough their that it comesin packages. I don?t actually know if that was true or if they just wanted to get this crazy man out of their business ???????.Lol my uncle is something else. The food was amazing would definitely recommend!!!!!! Food was bland. When getting my drink I noticed them making tortillas. Underneath the machine was all kinds of chemicals window... cleaner and supplies all around the machine. And I noticed it was awful messy dirty it didn't look clean at all. The restroomswere very dirty. Not a very good experience nobody seem to smile we're very helpful. Read more
Cute little restaurant, loved the decor and the food was reasonably priced. Rosa's is a fast food restaurant ordering style... mixed with a sit down dining venue and they easily accommodated our party of 12. Would have been 5 stars but the food was alittle meh.. to be fair though we live in Southern AZ and have access to authentic Mexican food so maybe it's not a faircomparison. Read more
So... I get it, you pretty quick for the lunch hour... BUT sometimes. You don't have to be... I get to window , was charged... someone else's food. Order was wrong. Super nice lady refunded charged me correctly. People in back yelling at her. Then, throwmy food at her. Yes they threw it. See photo for what I kept to open. Not good business.
