Such a cool ordering experience. Friendly staff and yummmmy ice cream creations!!
Roll shack was an amazing place to eat ice cream. I liked the atmosphere, and the employees were very nice. The ice cream, was... amazing. It tasted fresh, and is very unique. I love watching them prepare the ice cream on the negative degree griddle.However, it only gets four stars because of the processing fee on the credit card. I actually have no problem paying aprocessing fee on a credit card, but there needs to be a sign, or the employee needs to let you know that pain in an alternativeway will not charge a processing fee. Next time I will know to bring cash. Read more

The ice cream is a delight! Very flavorful and quite unique with some of the offerings. I wish however that they were quicker,... or in a bigger building with more employees. When this business gets busy, you can expect a 30 to 45 minute wait for ice cream.This kinda dampens things and makes me have to avoid this place during busier times, as other places in town are usually muchfaster even when busy.
