Ordered a pizza on the app and not all toppings were on the pizza. Called about it the next day and the representative informed... me there was nothing they can do for me. You made the pizza incorrect, so it shouldn?t matter if I call the next day or not. Read more
The pizza arrived cold. It looked as if Mr. Steven Wonder attempted to cut the pizza slices. All uneven, some slices very small,... others large enough to be two slices in one. My question is, what happened to the quality? Those commercials wet one's appetite,only to be disappointed when the steaming hot vision you anticipated does not become a reality. The employees are rude and seemed to be put out that I was there to pick up my pizza. I obviously interrupted them by ordering... a pizza. Also, still no dining room service. Read more

Ordered some food online, thought maybe it may be ready even though I?m a little earlier then my pick up time. The guy working... the front was really rude. It was still not ready until 45 minutes after my pick up time. Being very unprofessional yelling inthe back along with cursing. Half of the workers were playing on their phones. As I?m sitting waiting for them to bring my foodto me like they said they were going to, the just placed it into the warmer. Until I got up and went to the counter. Will NOT becoming back to this Pizza Hut again. Read more

I placed my order on-line from work. The confirmation showed that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes but I was not able to... leave work at that time. It was at least 45 minutes (maybe a little longer) before I was able to pick up my pizza. When Iarrived the 2 ladies in the front were super friendly & did not make me feel bad for being so late to pick up my order. Thankyou, it?s nice to come across friendly people these days! Also my pizza was still nice & hot like it had to come out of theoven. Thanks again! Read more

Do not use this Pizza Hut. I ordered 2 different pizzas and they didn't put pizza sauce on either of them. How do you even make... a pizza without it? All this is is bread and cheese. I will never be back. Service sucks too. Read more
