Way under staffed (no fault if the servers). 2 out if 3 of us had problems with the orders being correct. Some guy was... messing with the girls and shouting obscenities, even threatening to punch one if the girls. The so-called manager never gotinvolved instead left it to the girls to resolve. If anyone in management reads this, you should require the managers to dotheir job! Watch your videos!!! Read more
We waited for 20 minutes while Sierra ignored our table. We asked another server just for drinks and she happily took them and... our orders. Sierra came back over and made an awkward scene and then we overheard her telling her other tables that Kendal wasdoing something wrong. Kendal was fantastic and had a great attitude. Sierra should find a new career if she can?t handle it.She kept pushing to make things awkward. Read more
I had the shrimp tacos, very good. But not a lot of shrimp, I had more tortilla and cabbage than shrimp. Aldo I ordered a long... Island ice tea from the bar, it was disgusting. I love hooters. Worked at 1 for 3 years. This particular 1 was at best a 2 out of 10. Placed my order online. Sat on parking... lot for an overly sufficient amount of time(maybe 45min). Traveling partner went in to get it and was gone for at least 30min(kinda was wondering if he had fallen asleep or something). He finally came back w the order of shrimp and 2 orders of crablegs. No utensils for being able to eat such a thing..at all. So I went back in and stood at the front for a good 6 or 7 min, 1waitress having made sure contact w me and everything but totally neglected to say 1 word to me. Mind you this was at 7pm...ahostess should have still been present. Anyways..saw another Waka Waitress at a order station in the back so I walked over toher. No one else was in this area BUT me..she never looked up at me in the 2 or 3 min I stood there in front of her. I finallysaid excuse me, twice, before being acknowledged. I asked her for some crackers for the crab legs and she acted as if I askedfor some act of God or something. I think there were 3 tables total in the entire place and the 1 chick today made eye contacthad 1 of them. She finally came out maybe 6-7min later and handed me 1 set. I was not about to stand around and wait foranother. The wait staff was less than attentive, helpful, polite, or even friendly. I would not return to this location if uwere paying for my meal. I spent over $100 and got water only type service. Wish I hadn't given any tip on the tab. That wasdone b4 any interaction was had. Couldn't believe hooters of all places. But then there's that. On june 28 We dine in. Took our order for 40 mins we got our food. Then before we go we order chicken to take home. Took... 45.mins . But we keep aaking 5 tomea where is the order finally when we aak can we apeak with the manager the bar tender Seems ignore us and after 10 nins they bring out chicken to go. We have been to many Hooters and always enjoy it; however, this location was the worst experience ever. Walked in with no... greeting from staff, wasn't busy, waited a few minutes then took a seat by the window. Servers looked at us, acknowledged us butnobody came by. Finally a server comes by, filled with excuses as to why we weren't served. We ordered and food arrived cold.Employees were constantly walking out the side door for long periods of time and nobody delivered our food. The manager cameover, gave him an earful, again excuses. We refused dinner, asked him for the check. Check arrived with wrong amount, had towait again. Manager would not walk by, took long way around. Not only was this the worst experience at Hooters, this was a total*hit show. Read more
