Food was warm not hot and by the time I got to the window the ice was melted in my drink. Bought a gallon of tea and it was... still hot like they had just made it. I didn't make it past the drive in microphone. The guy who was taking the order didn't seem to know what was going on. I got... frustrated, backed out and left. I always get the catfish and it?s always good but not this time. The pieces were small and thin. It was over cooked to the point... were the inside was hollow. I brought it to their attention and they replaced it with chicken strips. The chicken strip batterwas gross. There?s 7 employees in the back standing around and joking. There?s only 3 people working and one of them is in the back eating... while preparing the food. Dynashia was being rude and threw my Ranch dressing on the counter when she forgot to give it to me.Another customer that was standing behind me that frequents the restaurant mentioned that she has the same problem with her. MyTender Bites were mixed with hot and cold tenders, again! I asked Dynashia for extra Mango Habanero sauce and she said that theydidn?t give out any extra. The chicken is better than KFC! The employees are not rude but they are not friendly either. A smile would do them and us... good. However, there is a young tall Hispanic man with a bowl cut hairdo that works there, that is exceptional! He is veryfriendly, attentive, and looks happy to be doing his job. Would give negative stars if possible. Put mine and my wife?s health at risk with RAW chicken. Two different orders of boneless... wings completely RAW. All management could say is ?idk why it happened. We just press the timer button and it is suppose to cookit?. Then they had the nerve to ask us why we ate raw chicken. This is one of the better chicken locations in town. The customer service is always on point, the store usually clean, and the... service is much faster than other places that you can go to in town. The gravy and roll combo is scrumptious, the chicken isvery delicious, and the tea always taste great. Could even arguably have the best sweet tea in town. Parking is also great.
