I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant!! Everything I?ve ever had is out of this world amazing! We recommend it... to everyone and take our family there when they visit. My husband and I traveled to France several years ago and ate at anamazing restaurant on the French Riviera. We always enjoy our visits to both Abilene locations. Today we order the Cajun that's red fish on a bed of rice topped with... gumbo and crayfish. One of today's specials was build your own platter so I chose a salad, catfish, and red beans and rice andthey were all delicious. The good food and the 5 Star hospitality of our server Amanda keeps us coming back on the regular. Ifyou haven't yet check them out when you want some good seafood choices. ???? This is hands down the best catfish I have had. The peices of fish are huge and moist. The crust is light but crunchy and... seasoned to perfection. This was a drive along Galveston Bay. We stepped into a Spartan eatery with the best landlocked seafood we?ve ever had. We have... eaten all over the Texas coast, the Florida, Oregon, Washington, and California coasts and that was the best ?Shrimp and Grits?we have tasted. Justo was a great help in letting us know about the menu and was perfect without hovering! I don?t often giveout 5 stars but this was such a pleasant surprise in Abilene, TX.
