Very good brisket and grilled chicken. The potato salad was over run with pickles. Green beans were really good. Peach Cobbler... was excellent. Banana Pudding was really good. Nice and clean inside. Workers were very pleasant. Reasonably priced. Read more
Love this place. The grilled chicken is terrific, as are their sausage and their peach cobbler. Chicken fried steak is not... bad. Sides are good. When you order a plate, you get three sides, and one of those can be dessert. Choose the cobbler overthe banana pudding. Read more
Trash. All the meat is cheap. No dine in when I went in so of course they can get away with swapping good meats with cheap... trash. (Swapped my brisket out for some little chicken) of course in a place like Abilene this is highly rated, but if you?veever ate BBQ outside this dump of a town. You?d know this place is not good. Always consistently good! They were out of the broccoli rice on the buffet but brought some to our table as soon as it was... ready. Tasty meat choice. I had the 2 meat 1/2 pound special. The steak was perfect- tender, juicy,melt in your mouth,etc I could go on and on. The baked potato was great. The brisket... stuffed potato was fantastic (not as good as that steak tho)well worth it. Read more
