It was entirely too easy to over-eat. I distinctly recall looking up at one point and saying "I don't know what I am eating, but... it is delicious." We took our desserts to go and even an hour later that was still the best Flan I have ever had the privilegeto ingest. Read more

I typically don't like Mexican food however this place has changed my mind it was absolutely amazing. And the portions were big... enough to be able to take some home. Debra was a great server she was so attentive that every time I tried to give my daughterspicy salsa she would pop back up behind me. I will definitely be coming back to this place. With one of our meals there was aspot in the chicken that had a vein that I thought was a raw spot. I was wrong and even still they replaced the entire dish.Debra went above and beyond with us. She even offered to help my daughter and handicap wife to the restroom. Read more

Our server was awesome. We were never disappointed whenever we dine here. However, I do missed the old menu they used to have... and how it used to taste. Mejor de la Casa now is Ambassador. Read more

Absolutely delicious. The bacon wrapped shrimp are so good they could be a meal by themselves. The salsas should be bottled and... sold so those of us who live states away can enjoy them. Kudos to the chef. Our waiter Luis was awesome as well. Read more

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food or Tex-Mex this is not the place. I don?t even know where to begin. I don?t enjoy... leaving bad reviews but customers should know what they will get. The first photo is what was advertised and what I expected. The following photos is what I received. To begin with, the crispy taco was not crispy and the meat inside was cold, dry, tastedold and as if it had been mass produced and set under a broken heat lamp. Sadly, Taco Bell would have been better. The chilerelleno was strangely, breaded instead of being covered in egg batter as it is traditionally. The cheese it was stuffed with wasterrible?and it was not a poblano pepper. The beef and cheese enchilada were smothered with a red sauce that tasted close tocanned chili. The chicken enchilada was only half stuffed with what tasted like shredded chicken that had been ground andsmothered with a tomato based sauce?the refried beans were obviously canned. The rice was dry and lacked flavor. Lastly, thetamale was dry. It was also smothered with the same chili sauce as the beef and cheese enchilada?the sauce did little to moistenthe actual tamale. The waitress was kind and personable. The restaurant itself was well decorated. I wish they had spent thesame amount off effort into developing authentic recipes as they did decorating. If the Abuelo is no longer with us, the poorman must be turning in his grave. The Grande Platter was a Grande Disappointment and not worth $24.23. The one star is for theawesome waitresses. Good food, good drinks. Wasn't a fan of the queso. Our waitress was really nice, but since it was so busy (on a Thursday night... of course, so understandable) it was difficult to get drink refills. The atmosphere is nice, and it looks like a great place forlarge party dining. Read more
