We feasted like Kings today. The recipes used were from the original recipes of the 1870 Brookville Hotel - except for the beef... and the ice cream. The beef and ice cream are from Munson Angus Farms. Veronica, our server, was knowledgeable, kind, and hasexceptional waitstaff skills. Read more
Fried chicken was great but the chicken fried steak was not good at all. You may wanna rethink that meal. In the past... Brookville Hotel always had instant potatoes so it was nice to see you are using real potatoes now???? Read more
Would have rated experience less if possible. Made reservation for three half chicken dinners for three adults for dine in. Only... received two breasts and one thigh for three adults, plus extra legs and wings to make up for missing pieces. Potatoes and gravyserved barely warm. Creamed corn was cold and tasted like it was just mixed together and not cooked or thickened completely.Evidently they ran out of it too since it looked and tasted like corn served in milk. This is the Final Straw, right after theyre-opened we placed a to go order for three adults and only received one dinner (four pieces of chicken total instead of 12) andhad to go back and wait 40 minutes to get missing chicken and rest of the sides. Decided to give them another try several monthslater and this was an even worse experience. You would think they would offer a discount for such a terrible experience, but no- they still charged us full price for mostly wings and legs. Read more
Reservation for 3 people and arrived few minutes early. Seated and sat there 30 minutes before anyone brought out any food or... drink. Hot food was cold. Supposed to be 1/2 chicken per person. Platter of chicken had 0 thighs, 2 breaststroke, and rest waswings and legs. Said something to waiter about it and his response was we are out of chicken. Asked if we wanted couple morelegs and wings?? This is second attempt for Munson bunch. Tried 3 take out dinners in April or MY or shortly after they openedup. Ordered 3 dinners family style and after waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for it after the scheduled time I arrived I was given 1meal serving of chicken (4 pieces) and had to drive back there for the rest of the chicken i ordered. Don't believe that we willbe going back! Told person checking us out tonight the food was cold and nothing but legs and wings and were again told "sorry."$75.00 lot of money for cold food and no prime chicken pieces!! Read more
